Great service for house uplighting, irrigation services for sprinklers and for overall lawn care landscaping.

I hired this company to remove two hazardous trees after Anne Arundel County Forestry granted an expedited Vegitation Management Plan approval for an AA County forest conservation area.

Before the work, I was given a written quote that included felling the trees and removing the timber. On a phone call, the sales rep told me that leaving the wood on site would reduce the cost, so I instructed him to leave it. He stated he'd already "'accepted the quote for me" without my authorization and the invoice would reflect after the fact.

Despite that conversation and change in scope, the company later invoiced me for the full original amount, with no reduction. When I asked about the cost adjustment, I was told the price was the same and that leaving or removing the wood made no difference to the price

The work itself was done safely and promptly, but the billing practices and lack of transparency were disappointing. Customers deserve accurate quotes, clear communication, and honesty when it comes to changes in price.

I'll find another company for my next tree removal.

the job was perfect from start to finish, starting with Josh to go over the job at hand and ending with the great crew they sent to do the job they took down 3 trees a giant bush and trimmed 5 other trees in a little over 5 hours and my yard looked cleaner than before they got started they worked hard the whole time they were here.
I am really impressed with this company and highly recommend them for any yard work you might need to get done.....

Hi Charles. My name is T*** A*** and I have been waiting [6 weeks] to have your company come out and do the work based on the contract I signed. I have been trying to work with Ray. This last time he said I had to wait another 1 to 2 weeks which I believe was 2 weeks ago. Please help.

So our bucket truck was down on 2 different occasions when your jobs was scheduled for blown hydraulic lines. It was down for almost a month between the 2 situations.

Your job is smaller in nature and is scheduled to be completed when there’s other bucket jobs that are close to your home. That hasn’t happened yet.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but I also understand that the job was significantly underbid. I would typically walk away from this job under any other circumstances but I think getting this done for you is the right thing to do. This job has to be completed the same time we are in the area. And currently in not sure when that will be but will let you know when I do. The other option is that you can 100% contract another company ti complete the job.

At this point I will continue to see when scheduling your job will make the most sense, but it’s going to be difficult. We never start our day off with a $600 job that’s going to take us 2.5 hours. Just let me know what direction you would like to proceed with this.

So thats how you figure things out? By dropping the customer who has been sitting patiently waiting for you to perform the work you contracted? You had a contract with me. Not a single unkind word has come out of my mouth. I have been respectful and understanding of your broken truck dilemma. I waited a full month for someone to call me and lmk what was going on. And now this? It's bad business and Im definitely going to let [others] know that this is how you treat people. You had no reason to drop me. Btw, did you know that [the first] sales guy quoted $800 and Ray quoted $600? That doesn't constitute "significantly underbid".

I gave you 2 options. You chose not to answer the question of which option you wanted to proceed with moving forward. Instead you continued to dwell on what happened in the past. I offered solution moving forward. When you choose not to be an active participant in the solution, it’s a problem. Sorry things didn’t work out.

Just because you say something doesn't make it true. Attempting to communicate makes me an active participant, which is what I've done. Your options were unacceptable, and I was trying to explain why. Take some business courses and maybe you'll learn what good business is. Im afraid you've created no confidence that you are doing right by others.

These guys are some of the best around. Very efficient and friendly. Prices are reasonable and guys cleaned up everything once completed. Jesus was easy to work with and the crew were great. Would highly recommend if you need tree work done!

All of the other Tree Services were slow to respond or were tied up for a week. (Hint) If you think you're getting more damage with a fallen tree if it's not removed, tell them and Pay for an Emergency call. We got a great price and the tree was removed the same day! Lead Foreman Gama and crew we're top notch, especially on OSHA required Fall Protection with harnesses and tie offs! Will want this crew back in the spring after our dying cherry tree blooms it's last.

Gama and the crew did an excellent job removing a very large tree. They were professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning up before they left. This service was done at a reasonable price and I will be using again when needed.

Great price, great work. Guys are pros, worked fast and the only damage was turf which is to be expected. They even fixed our fence which was broken before they got here!

My husband and I recently needed to have a large maple tree taken down and a smaller tree pruned. I contacted four companies for bids. While the price quoted by Unlimbited Tree Service was very competitive, what really set them apart was the speed and professionalism of their response. They scheduled the estimate quickly, and I received their quote within a short time—while other companies took three to four days to send theirs.

The crew arrived right on time, bringing an impressive assortment of equipment. It was clear from the start that they knew exactly what they were doing, and it was actually fascinating to watch them work. When it became clear that pruning the second tree would require a cherry picker, they promptly returned with one at no additional charge and completed the job beautifully.

We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Unlimbited is an outstanding company that combines efficiency, skill, and excellent customer service. We highly recommend them and will certainly use their services again in the future.

Hired to powerwash home exterior siding and gutters. Back of house was not cleaned very well, and the power washer was placed on our lawn during cleaning and killed a large spot of our new lawn. Not happy about damages and mediocre work.

Made arrangements for a time me to drop off a rug but showed up and no one was there even when I called the posted number on the shop. Tried doing another drop off and no one answered posted number again. Honor your posted hours of being open

This is a small mom and pop rug cleaner. They work out of a building behind their house on a residential street. They appear to hand scrub your rugs and then hang them to drip and air dry. We have used them for years. Recently had a fairly small kitchen area rug cleaned and they did a super job as always. A little hard to find, but Google Maps will get you there. Prices are very fair.

They do an excellent job and are reasonable.
They also did a couple of minor repairs and it was an excellent job.
They really get the smells out of your rugs too.
I hav wised them throughout the years and very pleased.

My family has been going to Crain Rug Cleaners for decades now. Always friendly and do a great job on my rugs and I have 2 large dogs that make them extra dirty. Even did a repair to one of my favorite rugs - can’t even tell it was damaged.
Highly recommended as a local small business to support.
