Help me write a fanatic review Jossy and her team. A made an anonymous post on the Annapolis moms group over 6 months ago in desperate need help cleaning my house. Both my husband and I work and a child. Finding the time and engery to clean was just non existence. Josssy replied to my post. After chatting with her I knew I wanted to hire her. She came to my home to give me an estimate she was kind and warm. No judgment on my messy home making me feel relieve. She did a deep clean for me and it completely reset my home. Jossy and her team are my go 2 when I need help. They are pleasant to have in the home and I wfh. They go the extra mile and clean things I never would have thought of. So thankful.

I cannot recommend Jocelyn and her team enough! They recently did a deep clean of our house and I am BLOWN AWAY by how great of a job they did. Not only do they do an amazing job, but Jocelyn is incredibly kind, professional and prompt. You will not be disappointed if you go with Fresh and Clean By Jossy!

Our landscaper relocated and I was hoping that was going to be a good replacement. However, it was a disappointment. They would make promises when they would get to me and they never met their deadlines or notified me. I was constantly calling them, with most time no response. When I did reach them, it was usually they were on the phone with another customer and would call me back. No luck with that! Their prices are more than reasonable, but that may be the story of why I was having so much problems.

Our experience with South River Landscapes has been mixed.

Mowing and snow removal services have been timely and effective and some of the landscaping, including cleanups and mulching, has also been completed fully and in a timely way which looked very nice.

Unfortunately, some of the tasks requested were either not completed or completed at a lower quality than expected.

In one case, sod was partially laid but not on prepared ground so it was noticeably higher than the rest of the terrain and damaged when mowed. As sod was not laid in the entire agreed upon area, large bare spots were visible and have not been completed many months after the original job began.

Some of the tasks were also a bit messy (leaves blown into a neighbors lawn vs. Bagged and taken away; the neighbors grass was impacted as well. Some incomplete trimming, bulbs planted without consideration for placement, equipment left behind on the ground or grass, etc).

Lastly, schedules change last minute and without communication so estimates take quite a while and work timing is unclear so clients (we) await workmen who do not show up.

Mowing = 👍
Snow removal = 👍
Landscaping services = inconsistent

Note: Growth is tricky but taking care of existing customers so they have a consistently positive experience and so that the relationship grows is key. Hoping for improvement so we can revise this review.

We had a great experience working with South River Landscapes, LLC. We had an ~80 foot long stone retaining wall installed in our backyard. South River Landscapes staff arranged for Miss Utility to spec the grounds, completed the excavation, built the stone wall, and applied new plantings and mulch — all within a week’s time. The staff was friendly, very professional, and respectful of property. I would recommend others to work with South River Landscapes for your various landscaping needs.
