I can't say enough good things about Fitchet Plumbing. Tim and his team are courteous, a great value, and know what they are doing. From drain clogs, to an issue with my main line (septic), to an upcoming bathroom add-on, Fitchet Plumbing is our go-to. Highly recommend!

Tim and Rob are great. I have used them for all of my plumbing needs, from a water heater replacement to leaking or clogged pipes and installing new pipes. Each time the quality has been second to none, they are always on time and they never leave behind a mess. Joey came out and fixed my leak that was cause by my upstairs toilet. Fast, efficient and affordable.

As so often in life, we had a clogged sewer drain line on a Saturday evening and couldn't find any big emergency plumbing service that could help within the next 24 hours.
This gentleman came out to the house right away. We had barely any waiting time. It wasn't an easy fix, but he kept working til he solved the problem and didn't leave us hanging without toilets and showers. We are very thankful for his help.
For this kind of service we paid a very reasonable price. I don't even want to know what any of the big advertised, 24/7 services would have charged us. This will definitely be our go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommended.

AMAZING SERVICE WHEN NEEDED!! <3 I had a late night water heater explosion in my mother basement. I called around to other companies and got dragged on. Then, I called Joe. Instantly answered and had a solution ready to go! Long story short, Water stopped, new heater in and restoration company could begin. ABSOULTEY AMAZING! I am never calling anyone else. This dude was ON IT! THANK YOU JOE!

I was referred to Joe by another customer. He and his assistant were professional, polite, on time, and respectful. His estimate (both for time and cost) were accurate. They explained what they would need to do ahead of time and they did a fantastic job. They also made sure the work area was properly cleaned up and ready to use before they left.
I hope I don't need a plumber again for a long time but I'm keeping Joe's number.
If you're concerned about getting ripped off by a big name, faceless plumbing corporation, give Joe a chance to earn your business.

I will continue to recommend Joe to my family and friends. Joe replaced the food disposal under my sink a few months ago and then replaced my dishwasher recently. He showed up when he said he would both times. Last week I called with a problem with my shower and lack of water pressure. He honestly could’ve ripped me off but he was honest and told me it didn’t need to be replaced. He adjusted a few things and greatly improved the pressure!! It saved time and saved me money. I’m very impressed with his and his helper’s true professionalism.

Thank you!!! Joe and his apprentice came over the very next morning after I contacted him and installed a dishwasher for me (that Home Depot delivered but then would not install due to the fittings). Joe was great! We ran into some issues when installing a new toilet and he came by the same day to take a look and give us a quote. Then he came back later that same day to fix the issues and knock out the rest of the installation for us. It looks great and he was so quick and diligent with his work. Joe was very responsive to an emergency issue on a Friday morning while I was out of town. An old water heater (75 gal) at our rental property started leaking. It is large and costly to replace, and the original installer cut some corners that were also problematic. After some research, we found the best replacement at Home Depot, and agreed that I'd buy it myself and he'd pick it up to save me some money. My tenant said he and his helper were extremely courteous and did great work, evidenced by the included photo. I've used Thumel Plumbing on another job in my own home and was very happy with the work, and I'd have no concerns calling on him again. Highly recommend..

Great first experience with Brian and his team. They replaced shower hardware, swapped out a toilet, and even got us parts for free on a faulty pull out hose for the kitchen sink that had a lifetime warranty we didn’t know about. Will definitely use them for future business.

Unfortunately, they do not do well in emergencies.

My 89 year old father had one of the plumbers come out earlier in the day. The water needed to be turned off for an installation and repair.

After the water was turned back on, the ground floor toilet tank (which was not part of the installation and repair) would not fill up. Contacted the company and the plumber called my father.

My father explained the exceptional situation vis-à-vis his 88 year old wife with dementia who is limited to her bed and can only use the ground floor toilet hence very problematic.

There was no understanding.The plumber was not willing to help considering the exceptional situation.

Called in the morning and spoke with Brain. Kyle arrived by 2 the same day. Kyle is knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to.

Great company, both Brian and Kyle made things easy.
