I'm giving this company a 3/5 because my initial service was good but I wasn't pleased the second time around. For part of the second service, I was told that the valve bleed cap was repaired but it really wasn't. It was just twisted on as tightly as possible (can tell by the worn down areas on the cap that were not there before) to prevent more leaking and I was charged $95 for that.

Brian came over shortly after I contacted him. Commercial repair that he took care of in short order. Polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I recommend Brian and his team when you need a capable, knowledgeable plumber. Thank you and job well done

Today I had an issue with a crazy sound coming from my tankless water heater and thought it was about to blow. After contacting Brian at B&C Plumbing, LLC he patiently walked me through by phone what the issue was and determined it was a sump pump problem - noise issue resolved for further investigation but thankfully I can rest in peace. How many Plumbers would do this - I'll wait.... Answer NONE or very little. So happy I know B@C Plumbing for their expertise and caring for Customers.
