Really impressed with Joe from Park Plumbing! He came out same day to give a quote and provided options on the work. Scheduled the work quickly and did excellent, clean work. You can tell he cares about the details and takes real pride in doing things right. He explained everything throughout the work and was super helpful!

To address our active pipe leak, Ryan scheduled a crew right away (same day). Aaron and apprentice Corey investigated the source of the leak by removing drywall. Aaron then gave an estimate with a reasonable price for the work of replacing old copper risers. Ryan juggled resources and scheduled the work for the next day (the leak was a small drip). Great communication by text messages throughout. Everything went as planned, and now we are a dry home again! I would definitely use Park Plumbing's services next time we need a plumber.

Update: a few weeks later we noticed another leak (unrelated to the earlier one). Once again, super-prompt response, expert evaluation of cause, and instant repair at reasonable price. Aaron and Corey are a great team!

Our experience with Park plumbing was fantastic, responded quickly when 8 other companies couldn’t come during the holidays. Working with them was great, solid communication, excellent transparency, and the price and professionalism was second to none. Replaced our submerged well pump and our pressure tank in just a couple hours.

Great service! They showed up when they said they would, installed in the amount of time they said it would, for the price they said it would be. First Ryan came out and gave us a very reasonable quote to do the work. Then we scheduled the work and Aaron came out on time and had great communication throughout. We had a garbage disposal installed, new faucet installed, and another vanity installed. I would recommend their services!

We had several areas of concern with our older CPVC plumbing. Aaron from Park Plumbing came out and quickly assessed what was needed to resolve our problems. 1 - A malfunctioning hot water valve for our washing machine. 2 - A worn out anti-siphon valve for our irrigation system. 3 - excessive pressure @ 88psi being delivered by our county (now controlled by a pressure regulator). 4 - A blown out expansion tank for our hot water heater. 5 - old, rickety valves for our main supply line and sprinkler system. Aaron put a solution together quickly, communicated with his lead on parts needed and they executed the work in less than one day. We’ll be a customer moving forward. Professional, succinct in communication, expectations and implementation. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for helping us prevent a future issue. (photos are after the work)

Aaron Murray with Park Plumbing worked in our home for three days and brought his knowledge and skill every day. All of our questions were answered and we are thrilled with the work product. Aaron is an Excellent Communicator and Experienced Tradesman. Aaron is not afraid of hard work and arrived on time. Importantly, all work spaces were cleaned before departure each day. Can’t say enough good things about Park Plumbing! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. They did all of the plumbing work for an additional full bathroom in our house as well as the finishing touches after tile work. Everything was clear and detailed with pricing and payment. We have had them back out since for a regular plumbing issue and will have them again for redoing another full bathroom in the house. Highly recommend they will be our got to for all plumbing moving forward!

Park Plumbing is by far the best experience I have ever had when needing plumber related work done at my house. They are punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was worried about going through the process to have natural gas ran to my house and Park Plumbing did an outstanding job plus they were very flexible while I waited for BGE inspections, permits and working around contractors. Park plumbing also installed a new water heater. I would like to say thank you to Park Plumbing and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Very impressed with Park Plumbing. Have used them on 2 separate occasions & both times the service techs were very knowledgeable, super courteous & friendly. Park Plumbing went above and beyond to help us get our new water heater! It wasn’t an emergency replacement it just failed. We had some pipes that were not code anymore and they helped us come up with a solution that wouldn’t destroy our finished basement!! We are so thankful and impressed with them!! Luke and Corey were great! They were on time, installed 2 toilets and had to troubleshoot a few issues relating with an old house but they knew exactly what to do. Smooth, clean job, great price, very pleasant and polite personalities. It’s refreshing to have nice people with a good attitude happy to work hard. Prompt, professional and kind. Blaine was my technician. I was having issues with my water heater. I called Park Plumbing on Friday morning and Blaine came out the same day to diagnose the issue. He came out the very next morning before 9am, and replaced my hot water heater and had me back up and running before noon. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the work he did. I would highly recommend this plumbing outfit for any plumbing needs, including well problems. Someone backed into our well pipe (sticks out of the ground) and cracked the PVC casing. Fitchet came out the next morning and not only fixed it, but tested every pipe/filtration unit to ensure their were no other issues. Very professional -- in fact they took their boots off at the door, so they didn't dirty up our carpeting. Very reasonably priced, incredibly responsive and knowledgeable.
