Constraction reviews in Silver Spring, Maryland

Jesse is an outstanding handyman with decades of experience, and it truly shows in every project he takes on. From painting to complete builds—kitchens, bathrooms, decks—you name it, he does it with skill and precision. His craftsmanship is top-notch and reflects his genuine care and attention to detail. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, Jesse is the go-to guy for any home improvement job. Highly recommend!

Jesse was amazing! We stopped getting hot water and had a plumber come out twice to fix it... But the plumber couldn't figure out what was wrong and charged us a gazillion dollars to tinker with it. We were about to replace our water heater when we had Jesse come take a look. Jesse was very thorough, thought about our entire plumbing system, and came up with the solution in no time. It was a simple fix and it turned out there was nothing wrong with our water heater! He saved us thousands of dollars. He was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate with. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thank you Jesse!

excelente trabajo, muy buenos acabados, gracias!

I recommend it, they gave me excellent service and were very friendly! 10/10 👍🏻

KEILAS REMODELING has become our first choice for home renovations, repairs, replacements, etc. They do exceptionally good work and “the price is right”!

My contractor was quick and efficient. I decided to remodel my basement. They fixed my seepage issue by installing a French drain both inside and outside my home, and discovered the cause of the seepage was because I live on top of a spring. They moved my bathroom to the opposite side of the basement, built a bedroom, installed a sump pump, replaced my floors and installed a ceiling with recess lights. They also surprised me by building me a bat with the left over materials. It was less than a month for a repaired, completed, and brand new basement!

I am using them again to update my sunroom and kitchen!

Keilas remodeling did a fantastic job working on my project. I hired them to do a bathroom remodel and they did an excellent job working with me to stay within my budget. Their quality of work was top notch! I would definitely work with them again!

Keilas Remodeling did an excellent job renovating our kitchen, basement, and patio. We have nothing but positive things to say about their work.

He has done 4 inspections for me in the past 5 years, so you can see my dataset is not thin. I'm also an engineer and very savvy at home renovations, so I'm capable of making an assessment. Finally I did a fair about of pricing quotes and they were the lowest. This is the firm I use and recommend to all my friends.

Very pleased with the high-quality home inspection conducted by JD Grewell & Associates. Sean, the inspector, is a great professional who spent several hours inspecting my home. He did an outstanding job identifying potential maintenance issues and suggesting ways to address these. I am a homeowner who is not planning to sell any time soon, but nonetheless I wanted my home inspected by a qualified professional to know what issues, if any, exist that need to be tackled. Within 24 hours of
the inspection, Sean submitted a very detailed 58-page report, with pictures, listing items under categories (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and prioritizing them in terms of importance. The report's 5-page overall summary was particularly useful to have as quick overview. I highly recommend Sean and JD Grewell & Associates.

Most importantly, his professionalism, explanation of the readings, explanation of the findings, promptness or responses, timeliness of setting up the inspection schedule. Overall our interaction with him was outstanding.

Sean Troxell, lead inspector, of this company is a gem. He's knowledgable, extremely thorough, patient, and explains issues in plain English. He was prompt and discovered multiple helpful issues to consider and/or address. His report was the clearest and most thorough I've reviewed in 24 years of property maintenance. And he walked us through every item and photo one-by-one. Then provided a written report with those images too. I would recommend him personally for home inspection work.

Pablo and team did a fantastic job. Not only will we recommend them to others but we will use them again should the need arise.

I hired the services of Cacheiro Painting and Remodeling llc to sell my house, he painted several rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, also repaired plumbing, excellent work.

The technician, Ulfat, is excellent. Drove a long way to service our Miele dishwasher, and unlike techs from other companies who came before him, actually found the problem and repaired it. He is polite, efficient, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to others.

Excellent customer service, i highly recommend Longview services💯

Longview services helped me to check my sump pump and installed the new one at great price

Longview Services billed me for work they never did. The owner is argumentative and obnoxious. The technician and the owner were on the phone arguing and work was NEVER done. They billed me anyway.

and experienced everyone was on time .. i recommend everyone to hire them for good plumbing services
