Constraction reviews in Silver Spring, Maryland

Royal Painting has done numerous projects for our rental properties , such as remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, painting floor replacement and just about anything you can imagine. They are also on time, keep a clean work space, and detail oriented to complete 100% of the job. I would 100% remomend Fernando and Royal Painting.

We have had work performed by Royal Painting numerous times in our condos and always appreciate their flexibility in scheduling, quick work, and competitive prices. Fernando and his team do a great job turning your vision and requirements into great results.

Fernando and his crew exemplify the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, and skill. The Repairs and remodeling for our home represented many unique challenges and Fernando’s “can do” approach helped us feel confident throughout the process. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible.

Fernando and his team are lovely to work with. Professional, fair, knowledgeable and caring. They have came last minute in emergencies, they did a beautiful job on our flooring, they know just about anything -plumbing, painting, design, floors. They are our go to people and I would sincerely recommend them to anyone doing any type of work to their house. He has an amazing team!

We had a long list of items we needed to have completed at our house. Replacing rotted wood in our screened in porch, sanding and re-staining the trim on our house, refinishing our decks, some interior painting and patching and refinishing a wall with water damage. Fernando’s team worked through some really hot days and delays due to the rain. The quality of the work was exceptional and we are very pleased with the end results. We definitely will be using them again if the need arises.

Good stuff.

This is a great and honest team of wonderful people who are incredibly hard working and customer service oriented. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Home Services!

Very professional and always on time! It is hard to find a dependable company who does high quality repairs and renovations. If you’re looking, you’ll find just that with Home Services! Highly recommended!

I've rented a condo in Laurel for 10 years and about 7-8 years in, my landlord started using this company. They have replaced the floor, installed and fixed appliances, repaired cabinets, fixed leaks--including removing mold, replacing drywall and ceiling fan, and painting. Once when someone was there fix a leak from my tub, he had to access a valve behind through my walk-in closet. Something seemed odd about the closet when he left, and then I noticed he'd fixed the bar on one side of my closet that had fallen and hung up all the clothes that had fallen under it.

Dalibor has been a huge help to us as we bought a 1960s house and which needed a lot of updating. We met Dalibor and his team as we started with a bathroom renovation and immediately were impressed with his honesty and how hard working his crew was. Since then we have done multiple bathrooms, bedrooms as well as the basement and he is our go to for any home renovation. Whether it is something as small as painting or a complete gut and renovation, we have always been happy with Dalibor and his team. I have also referred Dalibor to numerous friends and colleagues who have all worked with him since and had great things to say about the experience. I would recommend Dalibor unreservedly and will continue to use Dalibor for all future projects.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for Home Services. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. Their team showed up on time, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable, top-notch home services, this is the company to call. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends!
