Founders Waterproofing did an excellent job on my crawl space in Silver Spring MD. They were prompt and the lowest cost.

Considering the system comes with a transferrable warranty, I also wanted to make certain that was honored. The team at Founders Waterproofing replaced two deteriorating brick pillars in my basement and replaced them with metal beams and added some other metal beams that were needed as well. They removed all of the old brick and concrete. They did an amazing job and got it all completed in one day!! Very pleased! No more sagging floors!

I can’t say enough good things about Founders Waterproofing. I reached out to Tyler for a quick turnaround on a waterproofing assessment (on a Sunday evening) and heard back first thing Monday morning. I was truly impressed by his responsiveness.

From start to finish, the team was professional and easy to work with. Tyler went above and beyond and had no issue making multiple trips to help us feel comfortable with our decision. After a bad experience with another company, we were very anxious, but this Maryland crawl space and basement waterproofing crew immediately put us at ease.

Mike and his crew worked efficiently and completed in about six hours what another company couldn’t do in three days. We received plenty of photos and felt the entire process was transparent and honest. We’re extremely grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Maryland/DMV area needing crawl space or basement waterproofing.

We went to several people to get quotes for the waterproofing work we need done to our basement, and the thoroughness and detail Tyler at Founders Waterproofing went into was amazing. He brought physical examples, took us through the process, and ensured we understood the process. They were beyond helpful, and just decided today to hire founders out of the different quotes we received to do the work on our basement! We look forward to the results 6 months from now! (we scheduled our job for the next spring)

Update:
About four weeks ago, which was 2 weeks before our job for waterproofing the walls was supposed to start, we found out that our plan to epoxy the floors afterward wasn't viable and thankfully Jacob was able to work in waterproofing the floor and pouring 3" of concrete into the schedule! He has been phenomenal and super communicative, going above and beyond.

Two weeks ago Tyler and his team came out to start working on the basement, they arrive on time, efficient, kept us up to date, and were very respectful. They were detail oriented, ensured we were satisfied with the work, and all around stellar guys to work with.

Founders just came back today to do the finishing work (cleaning up the walls and concrete) and I have to say that they have far exceeded our expectations and, honestly, blown us away with the results. It was like Niagara Falls, water streams running down the wall any time it rained, mold issues, a dehumidifier running full steam 24/7 to now we can put our stuff back in the basement without worrying about water, have battery backup pump system, multiple alarms that will go off should anything happen, a usable basement, and reassurance that our system will be maintained with the yearly checkups.

We are so thankful to Founders Waterproofing , Tyler and Jacob and their amazing team.

Found what I needed. Check out was easy and cashier was very pleasant.

I had gone in to purchase 2 sliding glass patio doors for my home. I picked exactly what I wanted out. I double checked the associate if the installers will install the doggy screen door I had bought we bought on the same order well as re-install the security bars from my old doors to my new doors. I was told that of course they would do that, we even payed extra for them to do that.
I had to stop by Home Depot after 2 weeks because the installers had not called me to set up an appointment. That is where it started going down here. They finally set a date, A MONTH, after I had already paid for everything.
Well the installation is even worse. I was given a time slot from 8-12, keep in mind 3 people took off of work to be here for this install as I work. We were told it would take all of the day. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 4PM!! The only reason they finally decided to show up is because I threatened to cancel the entire transaction. That is incredibly inconsiderate. When the laborers arrived, one of them was extremely rude. He said that he would not install my security bar nor the dog screen door that we had paid for!
As if that wasn't enough, it started raining when they were doing the install. They did not bring any shoe protectors or blankets to cover the floors, I had mad all throughout my house.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS HOME DEPOT AGAIN. STOP GETTING CHECK SUBCONTRACTORS TO DO YOUR JOB. Stay Away!!!
