We love David and his team! They have completed all sorts of projects on our house with efficiency and at affordable prices. Smart General Contractors installed new floors and removed popcorn ceiling all across our downstairs. They painted our living room, stairway, and bathroom, installed ceiling fans/vents in our bathrooms, installed storm doors, and removed a broken fireplace. David is always available to stop by to identify solutions and give us a quote. His team usually starts work within the next few days. If you want someone reliable and quality, we highly recommend David and his team!

David and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling in two different rooms in our home. Timeliness was an important factor for this project and not only did they do a walk-thru of our space quickly but they also provide us a quote for services within 24 hours. They did a great job repairing, painting and cleaning up. They also graciously repainted our living room after the first color that was selected appeared green on the wall. We will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.

David has been doing work with our family for many years now. He has also done work for my mom. We have always been pleased with the results. He and his employees are always professional and easy to contact.

The most recent project was finishing our basement and giving it a brand new look. David consulted with us when he had different ideas on how to manage a certain aspect of the work - his ideas were always good!

This company was referee to me by my coworker who had work done in her house. I own a rental home in Columbia, MD. I recently had the roof replaced by a friend of my family at a very favorable rate. 2 months later and the roof started leaking. The roofer started to avoid my calls and texts messages. My coworker heard my frustration and recommend me Jose. I explained to Jose the entire story and he was very understanding. He was willing to work with my tenants schedule as to not disturb them since they worked from home. The smart general contractors made my home my dream house. I wanted my closets, bathroom and kitchen redone to my liking. Jose was willing to work with my budget and gave me a detailed outline of when each step would be completed. I’m so happy on how everything turned out. They replaced all my tiles in the entry, kitchen and laundry room with vinyl planks. What a difference. Then Walls looked bad (per my dear wife) and had all painted including the dining room.
