I would highly recommend General Dream Contractors. I had an unexpected remodel job of a guest room after a water leak and they responded quickly, professionally, and did good work.

I highly recommend Eduardo and his team, they are professional and arrive on time daily until the job is complete. They do a great work and are extremely responsive to calls and text messages.

Replaced an exterior front door as well.
They did great job.

Byron got in touch with me right away when I requested a quote on Thumbtack and he was at the job in 30 minutes, he gave me a fair price and he did an excellent job. I am a property manager and I will definitely be calling him again!

Found Dream General Contractors on home advisor. The owner is Eduardo and he contacted me right away; he came the next day to see the job and came back that Saturday to do the job. I needed laminate flooring laid in a bedroom and closet and painting. They did a beautiful job and were finished that day. We will be hiring them again for when we’re ready to do the rest of the addition.

He was great! We've used them four times for repairs. This time we had an emergency and he came the next day to replace our light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. The price was very reasonable and we definitely recommend them!

I used Dream General Contractors a couple of weeks ago for a few handyman jobs as well as for ceiling recess lights installation. I am very pleased with Eduardo and his team for the professional work they have done. I will be using his team again for remodelling of kitchen and bathrooms.

We recently had exterior shutters installed. Dream General Contractors were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Also, and this is something we appreciated, when they came across an issue regarding the installation, (our siding) it was immediately brought to our attention and they described how it would be addressed. We are very pleased with their results!

Edwardo and his team were fantastic. They redid our bathroom and showed up on time and performed the work while sending regular photos and updates on the project. Finished on time and on budget despite having to replace an extra window during the remodel.

Mr Eduardo and his team remodeled a 2 bedroom 1 bath condominium for us, including painting, carpeting, flooring, bathroom porcelain tile, bathroom vanity and lighting, kitchen cabinets and countertops. The prices are reasonable and the work is of excellent quality. Mr Eduardo completes the job on schedule, which is very important to us.

I hired DGC, Eduardo to replace part of the Sheetrock in our powder room after it was torn up trying to find a leak. It was done without any problems. The only downside was there was no written estimate and there was a difference of opinion on the cost of the repair. The job was fine as were Eduardo and team, just the cost was more than I thought. We hired Dream General Contractor after a major leak. They replaced a portion of the wood floor and drywall holes from the search for the leak. They did amazing impeccable work. Their prices were very reasonable. They arrived on time. Very professional, courteous and answered any questions we had. Would definitely call them again and again! Before they left I got a quote for other work we need done,

FAST — My mom needed to have a ceiling replaced very quickly to satisfy a lender issue. Eduardo was referred to us and within a few hours he came to my moms house and provided us with a quote via email.

PROMPT — The next day we talked to him to understand the scope of the work and settled on a price. Eduardo and his team arrived the next day, on time.

PROFESSIONAL — He set the crew up to get started on the work and then came to sit with my mom to sign the contract and receive the deposit for the job. Eduardo is extremely professional!! He takes care of business and his crew.

TIMELY AND COURTEOUS — It took 3 days - just like he said. The crew was very quick and experienced, not requiring any oversight by us. They all are very friendly and about getting the job done right. They covered everything and sealed openings to keep things clean and kept the dust levels down. That was very important to our moms health.

TECHNOLOGY - Eduardo has electronic quotes and invoicing. He is set up to be efficient which really helped me because I work full time in a very demanding profession. He made it easy for me to help my mom.
