Eduardo Campos was very professional and in a short notice came and completed our carpet install, storm door and interior door replacement. I would highly recomment him for any small or large projects that require attention to notice but also budget. He exceeded our expectations budget wise and the job was done ahead of time and I will definately call him for future projects. He is an honest and humble contractor. I would highly recommend him.

This is an honest, professional, efficient, and responsive crew. I called in the morning, had a visit in the afternoon, and an estimate on paper by the evening. Scheduling the work was easy, and the crew arrived on time. Beyond performing an excellent job on the tile repair - evidenced by the clean lines and smoothened surface - they went above and beyond and repaired the outdoor concrete surface. I very strongly recommend Eduardo and his team at Dream General.

I called this company because I read good reviews from this site. I spoke to Eduardo who doesn’t speak much English but this was not the problem. I then asked if he does free estimates since I have several issues with my house. After he came (this is a different guy. He wasn’t Eduardo because he speaks good English) he sent me his estimate and the estimate that should have been around $800 top is around $9000. For example, fee for replacing a garbage disposal is $430!!! and I already told him I ‘ll be the one buying the new disposal. Also, when I suggested him to bring tall ladder to see a small issue with my roof he got back to me with $150 charge just to take a look at my roof using a ladder. So without a ladder how on earth he came up with 0ver $6000 cost of roof repair? Another thing is this: when you call you’ll speak to Eduardo who doesn’t speak English but he seems nice. When you text him he responded with a good English. Obviously someone else is managing Eduardo but whoever this person is he has never introduced himself. It is NOT A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR. With price like that I would rather pay a reputable company not some handyman!!!! Be careful when reading these reviews

Had a variety of handyman items that needed tending to (Exhaust fan installation, grout removal & replacement, pop up drains installed and a new light installation in my laundryroom). Eduardo, Byron and the other members of Dream General contractors did an amazing job. Also they were punctual, efficient, tidy, and finished their work way ahead of schedule. Will definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience with Eduardo and Byron who have installed ceiling lights, a ceiling fan and repaired and anchored some heavy curtain rods. They did excellent work with attention to detail, were very considerate and charged a reasonable price. I'm already talking with them about updating a bathroom. Highly recommend them!

Everything about my experience with Eduardo and Dream General Contractors was absolutely amazing! The prices were the best in town and every project turned out great. Eduardo was responsive, easy to work with, and answered any questions I had. I am in the process of moving and have already reached out for the next project at the new house! Had a small leak that was coming from my roofdeck and leaking into the guest room below. I contacted Dream General Contractors on a Monday. I received an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done by Friday. Eduardo and his team were very professional, fast, and cost efficient. Eduardo made sure the work his team was doing was clearly understood and provided periodic updates throughout the repair. If you’re in the DMV I highly recommend this company for any of your contracting needs. I definitely will be using them again!

Eduardo and his team are great! We are getting ready to list our home for sale and live out of state. With us not being there, Eduardo made the entire process go smoothly. He is very responsive by phone and text, I don’t think he ever missed a call from me. He took plenty of before/after pictures so we can see progress of the work being completed. He finished the work before he said it would be done. His rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Dream General Contractors for your home improvement needs.

Byron and his team did an excellent job. We had ceramic tile installed in the bathroom and drywall work and painting in the living room and dining room. Byron communicated with us through out the process. We stayed in a hotel while the work was being done. He sent us photos and got our approval whenever there was a question.
The cost was reasonable and the work completed in a timely manner.

Dream General was inexpensive (vs other quotes we got) and quick — but the work did not hold up well over time. Two years ago, we had our bathroom renovated — since then we've the toilet has leaked, the grouting on the tiles is crumbling, the tiles themselves were installed crooked/jagged, and one of our towel bars fell off. In hindsight, I would have rather paid more to have the job done right.

EDIT: I purchased the grout you specifically told me to purchase. We did bring your team back in to fix the tiles the next day. They fixed about half of them. Admittedly the most noticeably crooked ones, but we still have crooked tiles. The toilet only started leaking after your team reinstalled it. I am posting about this now because the durability of your work has abundantly failed to last the test of time on multiple fronts.

If your work has a 2 year shelf life before expiring, others deserve to know that before choosing to spend their money. And now thanks to your reply, they will also see that you're quick to point the finger and slow to accept responsibility.

I needed to put the shower vent on the roof to get the steam out to prevent the attic wood moisture based on the home inspection report. I hired Byron from this business to do the work. He was very great and professional! I was very happy with the work. He helped me add the new cover on my basement shower vent to get the steam out properly. The price was very reasonable. Gave me the flat cost up the front. He was very responsive on the text messages. I highly recommended this company and Byron.

Dream Contractors did high-quality structural and cosmetic work in our home for a reasonable price. Projects included lifting a portion of the house several inches and adding supports, completely redoing a bathroom that had water damage to the floor and walls, and installing storm doors and bathroom exhaust fans.

Eduardo and his team were courteous and professional. We remained in our home while the work was being done, and they were considerate about keeping things neat and clean. They were even great with my very curious 3-year-old! They communicated clearly about plans and scheduling, and work was completed on time. Everything looks great!

We would definitely hire Dream again for future home repairs and improvements.

Eduardo , his son and team just installed a beautiful kitchen cabinet and back splash. They did 2 other projects also waterproofing a shed and fixing 2 outside doors. Highly Recommend their work .

Dream General Contractors LLC built a new wooden bannister on three flights of indoor stairs to replace a metal one. They did really beautiful work at a reasonable price. They also worked very quickly, finishing the project in less than four days, meaning minimal disruption to our lives.

Dream provided excellent service at a good price point. They installed cabinets and backsplash in my kitchen. They were quick and efficient but did a quality job! I will use them again.

They did such a wonderful job on our bathroom ceiling! Originally our bathroom ceiling had continuous mold issues. We had the dream team come in and remove our bathroom ceiling and replace with a beautiful custom cedar wood ceiling. We are thrilled with the results. Thank you!!

Dream General Contractors did a FANTASTIC JOB!

Eduardo and his team helped us when we no one else would. We had a bad leak that destroyed our bathroom. Insurance helped us pay for the repairs, but most contractors wanted to charge way too much for the job.

Beyond that, nobody could start the job for months. We had contractors come out for estimates in early August and most couldn't start the job until October (some had no availability until November). That is until we meet with Eduardo and his team.

They came back to us in hours with fair estimates (one for labor only and one for labor and materials). Even better, Dream General Contractors were able to start the job the following week.

Once started, Eduardo was in daily contact. He let me know what was happening, what he needed, and how long each step of the process would take.

There were several plumbing issue that were revealed to Eduardo on the first (demo) day of the project, and he made sure we were aware of the situation and why it was happening (75 year old galvanized steel pipes).

Eduardo and his team repaired all of the old and leaking pipes in no time and kept the project on schedule.

The bathroom remodel took about nine days and we are "over the moon" happy with the finished product.

I've worked with a handful of contractors, but Dream General Contractors has been my favorite by FAR!!!!!

I have been remodeling and updating parts of my home. Dream Contractrors has done a great job on several projects, including replacing damaged plaster and dry wall, painting, installing new carpets, and general repairs. They are prompt efficient, excellent in communcating, and very thorough in cleaning up after the work is done. The prices charged are very reasonable. I plan to use Dream Contractors on similar future projects and am happy to recommend the company for others.

I hired the services of Cacheiro Painting and Remodeling llc to sell my house, he painted several rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, also repaired plumbing, excellent work.

The technician, Ulfat, is excellent. Drove a long way to service our Miele dishwasher, and unlike techs from other companies who came before him, actually found the problem and repaired it. He is polite, efficient, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to others.
