Zion House Painting did a great job for my property. I am very happy with the results. I asked them to remodel two units in the condominium. Both units were in a bad shape, and I wanted to make them to look like new.
i got a very good feeling that Zion House paining will be the right company to complete a job after my fist meeting with company's manager, Mr. Antulio Lopez. He was very attentive, polite and sensitive to my ideas what I would like to do with my property. Mr. Lopez recommended how to repair/restore the units with a minium of the expenses. He recommended sound proofing materials, he helped to select paint colors combinations for each of the rooms, he was always available and responded right away for my questions and concerns during the project. The Zion House team were the best professionals I ever saw in the area. They always started to work on time, they were polite and responsive to my concerns.
I was impressed by the high quality of the job, and by a great team performance on the project. The price was very reasonable, and the first unit was completed on time to my full satisfactio. All my friends and family were impressed by the results. The unit was repaired from the scratch. The Zion House team replaced ceiling, walls, doors, floors, kitchen, bathroom, storage room. The remodelen was done a flawless. The unit become look like a middetarian palace. I liked the results very much, and I hired Mr. Lopez from Zion House and the team to remodel another unit also. The result was a huge success! Mr. Lopez by himself helped to install a handcraffted kitchen cabinets; assissted with the installation of a perl river tiles in the kitchen; he supervised the installation of a french door at the unit. Mr. Antulio Lopez has a deep knowledge of the products sold at the home improvements stores, and a very good taste in a colors selecions. He suggested a combination of white-purple-pink colors and this turned our to be a great selection for my other unit.
I also like the job of the team members, Rene, Edward, Jose. Their skills and talents helped to make my unit the place I enjoy to live.

Great work ... quick ... and well done. We had a hole in our foyer ceiling as a result of a bathroom pipe leak overhead. The person from Zion was professional, arrived on time, covered the area with plastic so the drywall dust or particles did not go elsewhere in the house, and finished in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with Zion Home Remodeling. After experiencing a significant plumbing issue we were looking for a company that would help us work with our insurance as we took on the repair. Antulio and his team were very helpful interfacing with the insurance company and did a great job on a complete kitchen renovation! We are extremely pleased with the bathroom remodel completed by Antulio and his crew at Zion Home Remodeling do great work. We are probably not the easiest clients to work with: we chose unusual fixtures that were sometimes hard to source and revised our plans during construction. Antulio communicated effectively and patiently throughout the process. When it turned out that the previous 1980s remodel hadn't installed sufficient support for the floor, Antulio explained the issue and laid out our options clearly. His crew arrived in the morning and worked hard every day. They didn't make any messes in other parts of the house. Their carpentry, plumbing, tile-work, and finishing consistently met or exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Zion Home Remodeling and will use them again on upcoming renovations.

Two years ago, FJ remodeling remodeled our main bath in our co-op in Washington. Six months later our faucet handles jiggled and were not connecting to manage the water flow. It drove us crazy until we recently hired a REAL plumber to help us. Upon taking off the faucet handles he noticed that adapters were part of the system they installed. These were not part of the original Pfister system. He thought that perhaps one of the original handles had been broken during FJ installation and Alex had his guys install some kind of Home Depot replacements but since they didn't fit properly, they added adapters. Our plumber ordered the original handles from the company and sure enough, they were not the handles FJ installed. This is outstandingly bad. Meanwhile, we had a leak of their plumbing connections under the sink and 2 cracks in the floor tile that appeared in a spot over the hot water pipe below (which they knew about) and several wall tiles a jutting out of alignment. We must have gotten the "Z" team from this group and I suggest that their work is poor and
they cannot be trusted.

We could not be happier with Freddy and his team at FJ Construction and Remodelling. Freddy is trustworthy, talented, friendly and extremely skilled. If his direct team needs help, he knows the right people to call to deliver high quality, above average work! Freddy and his team are our contractors as long as we live in MoCo!

This company did an amazing job installing our outdoor patio. Really amazing work. Which included a cooking pit. Creative and talented work and the drainage is the key to the project. No more puddles in the yard and I can cook a whole pig on the pit or in the pit.

This firm did two projects for us. Project #1: Full Renovation and Upgrade of Master Bathroom
The team did an excellent job. Outstanding.
They replaced the flooring, cabinets, showers, installed a new bathtub, LED lighting, and a new toilet. In addition, they painted the room. They completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the work.
They were neat and professional. Nothing was damaged and the work space was left clean and neat each and every day.

Project #2: Refurbishing of Basement
Our basement flooded due to a heavy rainstorm in mid-July . We used another contractor to repair this.
Once the waterproofing was completed, the team took over immediately due to our time constraints. They removed the old flooring, replaced it with new, waterproof flooring, repaired some areas of drywall, painted all rooms, and installed baseboard, reassembled our furniture and disposed of all debris.
This basement is a pleasure to use. The team completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked hard to complete the work on time.

Amir and his team remodeled my kitchen. From the time he took the initial measurements until the job was completed, was just over two weeks, lightening fast in the world of contractors. Demo and renovation took one day. The one minor problem that dropped up was resolved the very next morning. In all the repairs, remodeling and renovation I have done in 50 years, this was by farmy best experience. An easy five star experience.
