My husband and I hired I and J to power wash our deck and they were fantastic! I felt the price was reasonable and we were able to get on their schedule quickly. I am so ready for spring it looks nice and clean! Would recommend using them. Fantastic service.

After reading the reviews and gave them a chance I decided to go ahead and book. I’m glad I did and was informed they were under new management and new office employees who made my appointment smooth and easy. They sent me Orlando and his crew and I definitely recommend these guys. Very Meticulous in their work they provide. I was super happy and will definitely book and ask for these guys again!

It's been a few weeks since Jaime and his team cleaned our windows, deck, gutters and siding and we are still commenting on how good everything looks! They were on time, respectful and thorough. I was amazed at the vegetation they removed from the gutters...we are now ready for the winter weather.

We have used I&J for many years for power washing of exterior siding and window cleaning. Fast & efficient. I cannot begin to tell you how happy my wife is with the window cleaning. The cost is very reasonable - we were shocked that there was no increase this year for the usual work. Highly recommend.

We have used them for years to do our home's windows, inside and out. Very efficient, very professional. Two their technicians did our home yesterday, and they continue to impress. All good.

Several years ago I used I&J Services to clean our house’s windows. I had an appointment with them today (6/20) to do the same, but they were late and never bothered to call and tell me. I eventually ended up canceling after spending time getting the house ready for the job and forgoing other stuff I’d planned to do while I waited for them.

I’ll never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

. They were originally scheduled to arrive between 12-1 PM.
. Two days before the appointment I received a text saying they’d be here at 1:30 PM.
. Today about 1:30, I called to double check on when they’d be coming, and the office said 2PM.
. I called at 2:30 and asked the office to call the crew to see when they thought they’d be here.
. Anxious to find out what the situation was, I called the office back five or six minutes to see what they found out. The office staff person made a little “oh” sound that gave me the impression she’d forgotten she needed to call me back and then told me the crew would be at the house in a half-hour. I immediately cancelled.

At that point, I no longer believed anything they told me. We needed the house back to get ready for something and couldn’t have people working inside getting in our way. Had they come as scheduled, they would have been gone when we needed them to be.

What pissed me off the most is their complete failure to call and tell me they were running late. If they’re running late, they need to call their customers, rather than treat them like chumps. Maybe it’s a business practice? Don’t call the customer when you’re running late because it will give them a chance to cancel?

The cold hard fact is while I might have to bear this sort of thing from a valued handy person or plumber who is uniquely qualified and trusted, there are plenty of window cleaning outfits from which to choose.

I was referred to this company and was hopeful to support a local small business. They gave me a quote for window cleaning, which I accepted. When the crew arrived, they removed two of our window wraps (which now need to be replaced), and then walked off the job, citing that some of our older windows were more difficult to slide. I offered to have them clean just the newer vinyl windows—which still met their minimum—but they declined.

They did clean the gutters and did a great job with that, so this isn’t a reflection on the quality of their work. However, I was disappointed in the lack of follow-up, slow response to my calls, and no effort to assess the job in advance. We had prepared the home, moved furniture and items away from windows, only to have the work not completed.

Given that we’re in the same area, I would have expected them to be familiar with older window styles and communicate any concerns before the day of service. I know they’re capable of good work, but I think they need a better process for evaluating jobs and managing communication.

We used I&J to clean our windows and pressure wash and seal our backyard stamped concrete patio. They did a fantastic job! They were on time and delivered as promised. They have my highest recommendation!

They cleaned my windows at my home in Bethesda $350 for outside windows only. The windows were streaked and poorly cleaned.
We have used them before no problem but never again. Horrible job

Hire I&J Services--don't waste time searching for a window cleaning company. This team is the best! They are now our "Go-to" team of professional window cleaners. Orlando and Jesus arrived right on time, provided an accurate, VERY reasonable price quote, then straight to work. In less than two hours, they had cleaned every window inside & out and every screen to include our sun room and four skylights!

One word describes the quality of their work--PERFECT. We'll hire I&J for other services such as power washing along with window cleaning.

We just had Jesus and Marvin from I&J Services for window cleaning interior and exterior. They were right on time very courteous and proceeded to do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them every year.

We used I&J Services for years for window cleaning. They were great and we recommended them to neighbors and friends. Today was a very different experience. We had a one hour service window. When they were 15 minutes late we called to verify we were on the schedule and get an ETA. Our call went to voicemail so we left a message with our concern.

An hour later they had not called so we tried again and got a human. She said she would call the team and let us know. It took a couple of calls and almost 2 hours to get an ETA. The team did an okay job cleaning the windows, but presented us with an invoice for more windows than we have in our home. We had to call the office again and had to haggle with the office to knock the charges down to the correct number of windows. We also noted their pricing went up significantly since we last used them in 2023.

As a result of today’s fiasco we will not be using them again and alerted our neighbors of our bad experience. Really sad because it was a great company and we felt good having them work in our home.

The best company I have worked with for my home cleaning. Professional, thorough and always on time and efficient.
