DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIE, THEY HANG UP ON YOU, AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE NAME/NUMBER OF OWNER WHEN ASKED. I HAD DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY A FEW MONTHS BACK AT A RENTAL PROPERTY, I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS AND HAVE FOR 13 YEARS, I WAS NOT GOING TO NOT PAY. I MAILED A CHECK TO THEM THEY SAID NO PROBLEM THEY WILL FAX INVOICE WHEN JOB IS DONE AND I WILL DROP CHECK IN MAIL. THEIR GUYS SHOW UP THEY WON'T WORK TIL PAYMENT IS MADE, WHAT? WE HAD THIS WORKED OUT. THEY LEAVE THEN GO BACK LATER EVEN AFTER THEY AGAIN SAY MAIL CHECK. THEN COMPANY SAYS WE HAVE NO RECORD OF YOU DOING BUSINESS WITH US AND WE AREN'T GIVING YOU CREDIT. THEN THEY HANG UP ON ME. THEN KEEP HANGING UP WHEN I ASKED FOR OWNERS NAME. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL THE COPS IF I CALLED ONE MORE TIME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Unprofessional. I was overcharged for my window cleaning and when I called to discuss this with the office they just hung up the phone and wouldn't answer it again. The workers frequently leave windows unsecured. I won't do business with them again.

Jaime and team did a great job - siding, patio and driveway cleaninng. On-time, friendly and efficient.

I’m honestly very disappointed on how my vist for window cleaning went, the workers spoke badly/rudely about me and my family in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand them. I did not expect this type of behavior nor tolerate this type of disrespect in my home. If this is how they treat their clients then I don’t recommend hiring them again.

This service is unprofesional and unreliable.
I have 12 windows, and they tried to charge me for 28, based on their "...computer information from the last time..." (!?)
The operator was rude and hang up on me when I call them to explain.

Make sure you get a quote before they arrive at your house... the price is constantly changing when it comes to window and power washing cleaning. On phone they tell you one thing then when at your home - they change their story and cost. Pretty good work when they are not trying to screw with you on the price.

First time customer for I and J Virginia. They did a beautiful job cleaning the inside and outside of the windows, pressure, washing the house, and cleaning the gutters. The price was reasonable. I plan to use them every year.
