I’ve had nothing but success with Coverall. Gamaal is the manager I’ve dealt with, and it doesn’t matter what I’ve needed, he’s provided. CommuniKids is a preschool that we have entrusted our cleaning to Coverall. Our precious cleaning was not adequate. Gamaal hears what we needed, and helped me resolve every issue and concern we’ve had across all 6 locations.

Had a great experience working with Coverall. Their customer service is excellent. The regional sales manager AJ always followed up and the franchise development manager Gamaal ensured that the cleaners provided were within my budget.

I wish I had looked this business up on Google prior to signing up! I thought the over 2 years of follow-up from the representative must have meant they had a good service to back that up.

I signed a contract around Feb/March 2019 and had issues after the first visit, they did not touch a room (pictured) that was included in our contract. They were in touch right away and said they would be back out to take care of things. After second visit, the room again looked filthy, baseboards dirty, basically untouched. Contacted them again, with pictures, and they were quick to respond and came out again, at which point I took these photos. Their contract stated that they have 14 days to remedy any issues. This has gone on for 2 months at this point as my first contact with issue was March 15th, 2019, and it is now May 14, 2019. It also states that they will clean up to 12 ft walls. This is a little under 6 ft in the photo.

It took multiple requests to cancel my contract, and there has been no effort despite my requests to discount charges as service was never rendered per their own contract. This has been such a waste of time, and I hope that this saves someone else from wasting theirs OR helps Coverall to improve their service, because ultimately that would be a great solution!

Coverall, Gamaal and his team have been such a great team to work with! Super responsive to our needs, superb communication, cleanliness at our centers. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
