We are very grateful we saw Jose working on a house in our neighborhood. We had been looking for someone to assess our chimney and clean our ducts at our recently purchased house. He was able to fit us in within 3 business days and helped us immensely. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and provided us with lots of information to make decisions on repairs. I highly recommend EES any Jose to anyone needing help with their house.

I had EES to my house twice this fall. I intended to have him clean my dryer vent and my gutters. First he looked at the dryer vent. He thoroughly documented all the problems with my existing vent and cleaned it as best as he could (it had come apart in the basement ceiling and there was lint everywhere). He spent all our whole appointment time making sure I had all the photos and cleaning all the lint that he could reach and patching it up until I could replace the vent. I had him come back later for the gutters. I have a very tall townhouse and he does not upcharge for needing a larger ladder. Other gutter cleaning services won't clean houses with gutter guards, so I asked if he could clean and then remove the guards. The gutter guards that I have predate my ownership of the house and they were stuffed with leaves when I first had them cleaned. It has been a couple of years since I had them cleaned, but he insisted that I should keep my guards since he showed me pictures of each segment of gutter showing that they were completely clean. He also insisted on charging me only a much lower inspection fee and not the cleaning fee.

I will not hesitate to rehire EES the next time I need my dryer vent cleaned or my gutters checked.

Other things to note: He shows up on time, he is a nice guy, and he cleans up after himself and won't leave a mess in your house.

We recently had a visit with Jose with EES Services for a dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, his service was exceptional!

Jose was incredibly responsive and even arrived a few minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process and provided detailed pictures of the vent before and after the cleaning. We have a narrow washing closet and a vent on the roof, and Jose was able to check each piece to ensure it was working properly.

The results speak for themselves—our drying time has been massively reduced! We are definitely planning to use his services again for any other needs that come up. Highly recommended!

I requested dryer vent service on the company's web site on a Friday afternoon, and the owner, Jose, very quickly responded with some options at the end of the following week. When I inquired about the possibility of a cancellation opening up an earlier appointment, he got back to immediately with an offer to come out first thing Monday morning. Jose arrived right on time and neatly, efficiently and thoroughly cleaned out the vent. When he was done, he showed me a video he had taken by snaking a camera through the entire length of the vent. Jose has modern equipment, is technically savvy and runs a highly customer friendly business. Very impressed and will use again for sure!

EES is one of the most professional, communicative, and meticulous contractors I've ever worked with from scheduling to end of project clean up. They did an excellent job cleaning 2 HVAC units and a rooftop dryer vent which had never been cleaned out since the house was built in 1971. It was a big job but they were up to the task and handled it with great care. They tidied up well after themselves. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service! Inspecting our dryer vent, they determined that it was not done to code, and then EES Services came up with a creative solution to re-route the dryer vent so that the machine can operate safely. Highly recommend their service --- they were licensed, insured, and I felt very confident in their competence and ability during the entire process (from the original safety inspection to the final installation). Jose from EES Services was called about gutter and dryer vent cleaning. He is a very courteous and professional business owner. He was upfront with me that the gutters did not need cleaning. An unscrupulous person could have simply charged me. He did a great job with cleaning our vent, and pointed out items that needed updating, without trying to upset. I highly recommend EES Services.

We contacted EES Services to inquire about getting our chimney inspected. We have lived in our house for about ten years, but never once used the fireplace. Through the years, we did have quite a few wasps come in through the chimney and we really had no idea what was potentially living up there. We relayed this to EES and they set up a time to come out and inspect and sweep our chimney.

Jose, the owner, is top notch. Very professional, very prompt, and very knowledgeable. He provided multiple pictures of EVERYTHING (showing inside the chimney and outside the chimney) and gave us options to rectify the fireplace's issues. For what it's worth, there was a small wasp nest up there but since it was early March... no wasps were present.

We thought about our options for a few days and decided to have EES repair the chimney so as to stop water intrusion - this involved constructing a new cement crown and installing a new damper at the top of the chimney. Again, he took pictures of everything and took no shortcuts.

By virtue of our experience, my wife and I highly recommend EES Services and are looking forward to living a wasp-free lifestyle moving forward.

Our home is a shoe-free home. Not only did Jose wear foot covers every time he went in and out, but he religiously cleaned up any debris that resulted from the ventilation cleaning.
