Timely service, very thorough and professional work. Contacted EES after checking Google reviews. Jose lived up to the reviews I saw online. He gave me a price quote over the phone, set up an appointment the following week and arrived on time (after calling a half hour earlier to confirm). He cleaned my gutters on the first appointment and scheduled a separate appointment for cleaning the ventilation ducts and a chimney inspection. His cleaning was thorough and his inspection report was comprehensive. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend Jose!

We recently used EES Services to have our ducts, vents, and dryer vent cleaned - I very highly recommend Jose and his team, and plan to work with them for any future needs. Jose was responsive with communication, upfront with pricing, and easy to schedule with. Before the service, he reached out to let me know everything to do to prepare, and ensured all my questions were answered. They arrived on time, took excellent COVID precautions, and checked in with me at every single point in the process to tell me what was about to happen, and to ask if I had any questions. He and his team were efficient and very thorough with the cleaning, and I was blown away by the before/after photos. After they left, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there, they cleaned up so thoroughly. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was just really impressed with the quality of service we received. Again, I highly recommend EES; home maintenance is stressful and expensive, so it’s really important to find people who are trustworthy, honest, and thorough - Jose and his team are all of that and more.

Jose was amazing! We initially asked him to assist with a dryer vent cleaning but once he got here, it was discovered we needed a full vent replacement. Amazingly he was able to do it same day and the work was incredible. He also gave us some great advice about other issues we may see in the future (joys of living in a 100 year old DC row home) and answered all questions that we have. I highly recommend Jose and his team!

Jose was so very helpful and professional - I wanted to be sure vent blockages were’t causing issues with my (actually just defective and broken) dryer, and he was able to fit me in very quickly. Our condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors; Jose had to use a tall ladder for access but still made quick work of the job. He pulled out any excess lint and also identified some issues with our vent and gave me a quote to fix it. Sometimes these crazy bendy urban dryer vents can be damaged while cleaning but Jose was a pro and was very careful. Overall, I was really impressed and would absolutely use his company again!

We hired EES Services for air duct cleaning and gutter cleaning. This is the third time we have used this company and we are still very happy with all the work done. Jose is very respectful of our home, he even wears covers over his shoes when inside. His work is excellent and reasonably priced. We were able to get an appointment very quickly when we called. He showed us before and after pictures and I can’t believe we were breathing in all that dust! We appreciate the honest hard work!

We recently moved into our 40+ year old house, and after installing a new dryer, found out that the dryer vent was 80%+ blocked. Jose from EES Services came out at our request to assess, solved the short term blockage problem, and made recommendations for repairs. He was on-time, fast, efficient, clear, and professional. Prices were reasonable, and he explained every step of the way, offering options, and making sure we understood. We had Jose and team from EES out to clean our clogged dryer vent. They were very responsive - was able to arrange an appointment two days out, they showed up on time, worked quickly and professionally, and fixed the issue. I especially appreciated that Jose took the time to not just do the work but also explain to me step by step what he was doing (showing us the clog through a camera, showing us pictures of the vent exit, etc.) He also gave us advice on what we could do in the future to avoid similar problems.

Honest, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy. They cleaned my dryers and I rescheduled several times with short notice and they were super flexible, understanding, and accommodated my requests. I'd gone 15 years without cleaning them. they notified me my ducts were not up to code and showed me the building codes. I did my own research too and they weren't taking advantage of me. Because of Jose and his team at ECC Services LLC, my family's home is so much safer. The number listed on the website appears to be his cell phone and he picks up on weekends and late at night. I actually just got off the phone with him just now at 9:00 PM on a Sunday and felt terrible he was answering my call during family time but he is dedicated to his business and assisting you. Please respect his time and call at a reasonable hour, but know that if you need it, he will pick up outside normal business hours.

They also provided me with a thorough report with 10+ photos and paragraphs documenting the work done, and suggestions for improvements where needed. The EES employee who came out was very impressive and professional, and did not up-sell unnecessary products or services. Jose and his team are simply professional...a rare quality when dealing with folks these days. And it truly is disarming and stress-free to deal with Jose and his team, not worrying that I'm being taken advantage of.

We used EES Services to have our vents cleaned soon after moving into our new home. They were very professional, communication was prompt and setting up the appointment was easy. They arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing and thorough service! We just bought our first home and have used EES Services for duct cleaning and chimney inspection so far. Jose is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and explains things clearly. Following the chimney inspection, he provided a detailed report and options for how to repair various aspects of the chimney. I highly recommend him and will definitely use EES Services again!

Jose was prompt, professional, and efficient. He managed to get the gutters and vents cleaned in a few hours, making sure to explain and demonstrate what was going on with the vents. He was also able to tack on a dryer vent cleaning at the last minute and identify several issues with our dryer setup. I've used EES Services the last two years and certainly plan to use them in the future.

I am really glad we found Jose, who is very knowledgeable about air duct cleaning as well as fixes, which is hard to find. We had an issue with loose vent pipes and reached out to Jose, who quickly came to our rescue and fixed the pipe. We proceeded to schedule an air duct cleaning service with him, which he has done a wonderful job too. He is very easy to communicate, on time and respectable of our space, and a honest person to work with. He also patiently answered our other questions not related to air duct cleaning. We do not hesitate to recommend his company and his service!

Jose is amazing - he came to clean my dryer vent and identified a serious problem that could have led to carbon monoxide seeping in through my ceiling. He quickly put together a proposal to repair the vent and came out 3 more times until it was fixed properly. Cannot recommend EES Services enough - Jose is a true professional!
