By far the worse franchise experience ever. They will rob you blind and fee you to death and hide behind an unsigned contract thats been altered.

Coverall is a poorly run middle man with no accountability. They have gone weeks without cleaning our bathroom floors and when confronted about it we were forced to wait 2 weeks AND THEN we can finally request termination of the contract in ANOTHER 4 weeks. Holding us hostage by a service agreement to which they are not meeting based on the scope of work. When speaking with Trevor, after he stopped cutting me off he said he would contact the cleaner. This is the new cleaner to replace the old company who didn't do their job either. Find another service!

This company is horrible of late. I have had Coverall Service my business for many years and was pleased with their franchisee's who came to provide service. Last November, the franchisee told us he would no longer be able to clean our business because he had some serious health problems. We were understanding of this and Coverall attempted to find us another Franchisee with no success. After a month of waiting for another franchisee and no franchisee was found we informed Coverall we had no option but to terminate our relationship with them since they were unable to provide the service. I had paid them though monthly billpayments and forgot to stop paying them and by the time I figured it out, I had paid them an extra 2 months. When I requested they audit my account in January they said they would but after several weeks of not hearing from them I again reached out to them and they told me they would audit and send me my money back. Long story short I still have not received my overpayment. These guys are not honest when it comes to accounting and auditing for services rendered. I would caution anyone who deals with them to be aware of this.
