Jose was excellent! Conscientious and responsive. He did a thorough and efficient job and made sure to clean up the site as well. Didn't even look like any work was done at all!

I had to replace my roof in August, so I thought I should get the dryer vent checked out. EES Services was recommended by people on the Hill East Facebook group, and I was pleased to find out the group was right. Jose was wonderful to work with. My vent was a mess -- and not up to code! He showed me photos, walked me through the process and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not taking care of this sooner (a lot sooner). Definitely putting him on the schedule for annual inspections.

We had an outstanding experience with EES Services and Jose on work done in Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. They were incredibly easy to schedule and communicate with throughout our entire project. We hired them to renovate our kitchen hood and replace all our exterior-facing vents with bird-proof ones, and their expertise was evident from day one.

I used TCT for a number of years. Pros: I liked the all natural cleaning products. The ladies who cleaned were very nice and so is the owner. They were also absolutely honest: I had lost a ring in my house and the ladies found it and returned it to me. The cleaning was done extremely well and efficiently. Cons: The service has a lot of room for improvement with reliability and ultimately this is why we switched services. On a given day, I didn't always know when they were coming. They were only on time about half the time. There were two days when I got to mid-afternoon and still hadn't heard from them. When I texted I found out that their schedule had gotten messed up and they wouldn't be coming. I do understand that schedule changes happen and it's possible to get behind even by hours. But please keep your customers in the loop. If they can address the reliability issues I would happily hire them again.

S.P.R Carpet cleaning cleaned two carpets in out house. They did a fantastic work. The carpet were stained and with pet hair and pet smell.
