Melvin arrived on time and explained the cleaning procedure. My house had lime from rain and trees around it, and now it looks like its true color. The crew used masks and left the area neat and clean. Melvin llego a tiempo y explico lo que iba a hacer. Mi casa tenia limo por la lluvia y pinos alrededor ella y ahora luce como su color original. El personal uso mascarillas y dejaron el area limpia y ordenada.

If you're looking to get your property ready for spring don't hesitate to call Melvin! He just finished power washing my house, vinyl fence, vinyl pergola and composite deck and he and his worker did an amazing job! I plan to have him come back out to clean our pavers and sidewalk. Arrived on time, clarified what i wanted done, got straight to work and i couldn't be happier with the results. Even moved some heavier items to make sure he reached all surface areas. Reasonably priced and GREAT work! I highly recommend and i know you won't be disappointed!

Melvin R Powerwashing did an outstanding job on my patio cushions. They were on time, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level.

What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work.

The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Melvin did a terrible job with our patio. The power washing was done incorrectly and ended up damaging our outdoor furniture. It’s clear he does not understand proper power washing techniques or how to protect surrounding items. I would not recommend his services.

Absolutely fabulous experience. He answered my call, gave me a quote, arrived, cleaned, transformed. His team member was so sweet and nice and such a hard worker. I wish I had taken before pictures cause this is a radical transformation. so so pleased. Highly recommend.
