One of the cleaners spilled water on our bathroom floor, didn’t wipe it up, and caused a leak. She also dropped something hard in the bathtub and chipped some of the porcelain. Accidents can happen but Extra Green Cleaning did not take responsibility for her mistakes and denied any responsibility. Most of their cleaners are good, but we had previous problems with one particular cleaner being careless and heavy handed in the way she cleaned our house. The owner threw a lot of nice sounding words but didn’t actually do anything to fix the problems.

With our regular schedule, the cleaners are prompt and consistent; if there is a delay for some reason or if a different team is coming, it is communicated in advance. My home always looks amazing and smells so fresh when they leave.

The team (Esmeralda and Erika) is also very kind, and I truly trust them in my home. They were so sweet to my elderly dog, who sometimes got in their way. On one occasion, a coffee mug got broken, but I received a text with an offer to replace it before I even noticed it; it was not a big deal at all, but it is the only incidence where something was damaged in all that time.

We have used Extra Green Cleaning services in our home ever other week for over a year. They were a tremendous help as we navigated becoming first time parents, and we have no plans of letting them go!

Our house is always fresh, clean, and tidy after they come. Every trash can is emptied. All beds are made and blankets folded. Any dishes in the sink are cleaned. All countertops, surfaces, and floors are free of crumbs, dust, and debris. Our kitchen appliances are wiped clean. Bathrooms sparkle - including our glass shower door which was a challenge for me when we moved here. If there's clutter, they make it neat and tidy. My personal favorite are the fresh lines they put on our chairs - it's a small detail that does not go unnoticed.

I love the rags we purchased at the start of our services. It's eco-friendly and is a great resource for our house to use whenever. Extra Green starts them in the wash before they leave and all I need to do is swap them into the dryer.

They are professional - we can count on them to let themselves into our home and lock the door when they're finished. They take care around our cat and dog, and are always mindful of us if we're working from home.

They have been very reliable, good with communication and do a great job cleaning our house. I also like that we wash and reuse the towels, which has less waste and is better for the environment. They always do a very good job cleaning. Usually we leave the house while they are cleaning and we always get a text message telling us when they are done. On very rare occasion when we notice something might not be just right and contact the office. they are extremely responsive and willing to correct any oversight.
