Don’t use them. They don’t trust you to pay. Not willing to work with me as a landlord to make sure tenants are happy. Seems greedy to me to want payment before contentment. BEWARE!!!

I had a wonderful experience with JLV Carpet Cleaning. I purchased a new home and thought that I needed new carpet, especially in two bedrooms that had stains on white carpet. JLV cleaned all of my carpet and removed the stains completely. Needless to say, I did not purchase new carpets for my home. Because they did such a wonderful job on the carpet stains at the new home, I asked JLV clean stains in the carpets at the apartment that I was moving from, and again all stains removed. Carpets looked like new!! Everyone I’ve dealt with at JLV was very professional, punctual, and their service is affordable. I highly recommend that you give them a call if you have any concerning carpet stains or just need a refresh!! I’ll definitely be using them again.

JLV exceeding my expectations for carpet cleaning. He cleaned the carpets in my entire 3 floor townhome for an amazing price. But beyond the price he was extremely thorough. I had a spilled wood stain on my carpet at least a year prior to my carpet cleaning and I had no expectation of him getting that out, but he did. He was very professional, on time, and I will continue to use their services on an annual basis.

Setting up an appointment was easy with a reminder call the day before they were going to come to my home. Their services were reasonably priced. Do not hire Richard Rodriguez if you value your home/yard/time (0 stars is fact but is not permitted). Work performed- without providing contract/obtaining signed contract- was nightmarish. Destruction of mature landscaping. Destruction of landscaping not under consideration in work proposal. Additional simple work done as if by a kindergartener.
