Taniesha and her partner were very professional and hard working! I received many compliments of my rug after they finished, amazing how my carpet went from bad to very good in a matter of 2 hours!! I will definitely hire them again!!!

I booked them for carpet cleaning, but learned they also offer different types of home cleaning services. Definitely worth the money, I would highly recommend booking this company! They took their time to assure that the carpet was thoroughly cleaned and spent the necessary time to get out tough stains. I’m in love with my freshly cleaned carpet!

Tanesha and her team were super easy to work with, and did a great job sprucing up our house before our family arrived for a visit. Plus, she's a dog person, so she understands the challenges of having dog nose prints on all the windows ^_^. Very happy with our cleaning!

They were able to remove grease and oil stains from the carpet in my office. When they come every week everything is cleaned immaculately from the desk and phones to the floors and bathrooms. The attention to detail is unparalleled and the customer service is a 10/10 every week. I have recommended this service to both friends, family, and other businesses.

I LOVED Tanesha and the crew that came and cleaned my place, she was attentive,through and extremely friendly and relatable. My house was cleaned fully to get me ready for surgery..I fell in love and now look forward to seeing her every 2 weeks for a clean and a chat.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We are moving into a new condo and needed a deep clean done before painting. We hired this service and although we asked for a deep cleaning of the whole house, including walls, they insisted it could be done in two hours — despite me being very skeptical. They left before we could come back to check on the job and lock the doors.

They charged extra for cleaning the walls, yet they left tape, putty and plenty of grime on the walls. Every single day I find something new that they did not clean properly. There are grime streaks and spots on all the walls, including all over the bathroom downstairs. I specifically asked them to pull out the appliances in the kitchen, yet it is FILTHY behind the stove and the stove itself is extremely dirty on the outside. Behind the fridge is only slightly clean looking but there are big boot footprint marks. The wall in the kitchen behind/above the stove (and some spots on the walls above cabinets) has extreme grime on it; they clearly did not clean it AT ALL. The cabinets and closets are still a bit dirty and the upstairs room still had cat hair and dust. I also asked them to clean the window tracks and it seems like they did the bare minimum — there is still so much dirt in the tracks. When I was still there, one of the ladies remarked to the other that there was a lot of dust and dirt in the laundry closet. Well, it’s still there!

We paid $350 for this — TWO HOURS work — and they left everything so dirty. I feel like we need to get ANOTHER deep cleaning done or plan to spend two days of our own time cleaning the house — which was the whole thing we were trying to avoid. I am extremely disappointed and angry.

Tanesha has done such an amazing job cleaning my home. She is incredibly thoughtful and does an incredibly thorough job. She is very flexible in scheduling and very fun to chat with if I am around when she comes over. I would highly recommend her and her cleaning service!

To the T cleaning company lived up to its name! My house is immaculate. They did a great job. They were very friendly and professional and communicated clearly as they went along to ensure our priorities were met. They paid careful attention to detail and were able to even catch details that I thought would not be included. They were fair and worked consistently and did not try to upsell me. Would definitely recommend and will call them again.

The owner was able to fit me in for a last minute move-in cleaning. My concerns were remnants of pet hair everywhere and a lingering odor in my condo. Her team did not disappoint. They were friendly and thorough from top to bottom. They left the place squeaky clean, smelling fresh, and move-in ready. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had a lot of construction dust and wood chips that were embedded in my carpet and I called Tanesha to vacuum and deep clean the carpet. She was available on a Saturday morning which was great since I work during the weekdays. She showed up on time and was extremely friendly. I explained the particulars of my situation and she took great care to do the best she could to clean our lower recreational room. She used a deodorizing solution and some other solutions that did an excellent job getting the dust y smell out of the room. After going over he carpet twice with the deep cleaning machine, she offered to do a third pass until the water was more clear. When she was done she offered to come back another day if I found some more dirt after vacuuming myself. I did have some residual dirt and called her back up and she gladly came back and vacuumed the room again. Tanesha was a joy to have in my home and she takes great pride in making sure the customer is satisfied with the quality of her work! I would highly recommend her services!

Wonderful! I used "To the T" based on reviews, and the commentary was accurate. I had never met Tanesha and would be at work when she arrived (so just left my key at the front desk), which is always a little nerve wracking. She was very professional, calling when she arrived and checking in later in the evening.

Everything was clean, organized and just fantastic. I highly recommend.

I got a Groupon for To to the T Cleaning for carpet cleaning. Tanesha and her team came to our home and cleaned carpets in our main living space, 4 bedrooms and our stairs. And also cleaned a large upholstered sectional. They used two methods to get the carpets clean that had different needs. We have had our carpets professionally cleaned a couple of times and they have not come closed to getting them as clean as Tanesha and her team. The couch came out great to. I highly recommend her services and will be using To the T Cleaning again in the future!

Tanesha and her crew did a thorough and very detailed clean of our apartment. She meticulously cleaned our carpet with an industrial cleaning machine and left our kitchen and floors spotless.

Relative to larger crew that do a quick but somewhat sloppy job, Tanesha provided a service which we hadn't had despite trying multiple area cleaners. We will definitely be hiring her company again and highly recommend.

To the T cleaning company was a birthday gift for me. The best birthday gift I have gotten in a long time and much needed. Tanisha came in and made my house Immaculate far as cleaning very detailed very organized. I feel extremely comfortable leaving her in my home to get the cleaning done. I have put been put on her schedule to come clean once a month and I have other projects that I need done with her company. Like power washing my home and doing some organizing getting us ready for the fall. Thank you so much and I can't wait until next month!!

T cleaning literally gave me brand new carpets. I don’t know how they did it but they did an amazing job. I have had my carpets cleaned before but it never looked this good. T, the owner is a perfectionist and even before she started she did things to prep that we should have done ourselves. 5 star on customer service, professionalism and final work. This is only company I will use for carpet cleaning. Thank you so much for your kindness and work ethic. It’s rare combination these days.

I have never written a review. Ever. This is my first because my experience was so unbelievably positive that I had to share. Called in the morning hoping for an appointment sometime this week or next. She said, "I can be there this afternoon!" It is now 4pm and they already finished. They worked hard and the carpet has never been cleaner. This was the easiest and best experience - I highly recommend.
