The cleaning team arrived promptly and did a very nice cleaning for my new apartment. I walked in and felt very refreshed, the carpets were vacuumed, and all exterior appliances and bathroom was very clean.

Tatiana did a really great job cleaning my house. She was very detail oriented and paid attention to the little things. I would recommend her

Andrea and Amy came to clean my house and they did an amazing job. I have not had my house professionally cleaned in over a year and they were up for the challenge! Cleaned everything from bedrooms, to bathrooms, and got every dust from all over and my house collects lots of dust! I am so happy with the work that they did. My house feels new! They are also great with dogs!

The service has been great. We’ve had two techs come biweekly (Isa and Tatiana) and they do a great job. The customer service is also very helpful and quick to reschedule or provide any updates. We will keep using them.

We’ve booked EcoVerde several times and we’ve always been really happy with the results. Our most recent cleaner, Annie, did a fantastic job! She arrived right on time and made our apartment look beautiful. She paid attention to little details (like the windowsills) and was so thorough. She was also delightful and very nice to our dog!

Working with Ecoverde was a great experience! They were very easy to work with from the initial booking to the day of the cleaning. Our cleaner, Maria, arrived precisely on time and cleaned our 2B2Br apartment top to bottom (including the inside of the fridge) in just about 3 hours. By the time she left, our apartment was spotless. I would highly recommend Ecoverde for home cleaning services.

Jaqueline did an incredible job. My apartment was not only spotless, but also uncluttered and neatened when I returned! I recommend her and the company without reservation.

Maria was fantastic! I was at work, came home and was amazed at how great the house looked. She also cleaned the fridge and it was gorgeous. She was extremely friendly and professional. Our dog even liked her. I will definitely call Ecoverde again.

Both were very punctual and thoroughly cleaned our home. I am always impressed by how quickly they are able to get the apartment shiny and clean.

Jacky did a thorough cleaning job with great attention to detail. The corners of rooms and hard-to-reach areas were all taken care of. I appreciated her commitment to leaving our home in a excellent condition. I'd certainly recommend Jacky to others.

We hired Ecoverde Maids to clean our apartment prior to having guests over for the weekend, and it was a great experience. Scheduling was easy, and the management team was very communicative. Our cleaner, Andrea, arrived on time and asked about any areas in need of extra attention before getting to work. She was thorough but efficient and left our apartment sparkling clean. I highly recommend Ecoverde Maids, and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

A sparkling home, Ecoverde Cleaning did it again! This time Maria was our superstar. We've had three different people clean our home and have been happy with the results every time.

We recently hosted an event with Ecoverde in our community at 909 Capitol Riverfront (Navy Yard). From start to finish, the team at Ecoverde made planning the event absolutely seamless. Kevin and Jose were very flexible with all of the ideas we could have for an event and were always prompt to respond, which helped us out so much when getting ideas on the table. With Ecoverde, we felt a weight lifted off of our shoulders as they took care of creating the event flier for us - making the event less work for us so we were able to focus on other things. We would be happy to host them again at 909! Our residents always love a good cocktail social and Ecoverde put on a good one for us. We would highly recommend to any Bozzuto community. We've been using Ecoverde for the last 6 months and it's a great house cleaning service that is reliable and consistent in its quality. Maria has been the technician who has worked with us the most and does a wonderful job but, even when occasionally another technician has come, it's been seamless. Aida came today and did a fabulous job.

Nov 2024 Update: Our usual technician Maria continues to do a great job and demonstrates initiative as she gets even more familiar with our home by identifying spots that need extra attention e.g. she bought an extra long dusting instrument to reach some high beams that had been overlooked. Recently there was a change in my schedule and Tatiana came instead. She did a wonderful job subbing for Maria. They continue to be a quality and consistent service.

We have been so happy with Ecoverde! The customer service is exceptional--very responsive and generous with their time (and flexible!). We have also had such a wonderful experience Maria, who is the reason my house ever looks presentable. She is thoughtful and shows care in all that she does. We have had the same experience when Marilyn has come as well. We always feel like we have a fresh start after Ecoverde comes to our house! Thank you, Ecoverde!

I definitely recommend Ecoverde Cleaning! I reached out to them about doing a deep clean of my apartment, and they responded very quickly with a quote. They were able to schedule me for the next day, which was wonderful. My cleaning tech, Ligia, did a fantastically thorough job! My apartment was practically gleaming by the time she was done. Additionally, I had someone else from the company stop by as part of their random quality checks, which they do to ensure that all their cleanings meet the company's standards. I was so pleased with their work, and will definitely be contacting them again!

Fantastic service. Simply fantastic. My wife and I have them as a monthly service and we've never been happier. Especially with having a small child and both of us being full time, this makes life easier. The coordinator is always very communicative, and the few times we've had to reschedule have been easy to figure out. I really can't recommend them highly enough. Get them, and do yourself a favor and get a monthly service. Editing to give a shout out to Sofia, our most recent cleaner, who was swift and efficient!
