Poor job, didn't clean the oven professionally cabinets not touched, refused to come back and just wanted to haggle. Had to hire another cleaning team. Wow as you see from the response they won't accept responsibility for the poor job. See pictures. So that's what they think "clean" is. Second team had no problem cleaning to standard, and the property manager also agreed. For anyone moving do not hire these people you will have to pay twice.

We used Ecoverde Maids recently as our monthly cleaning service. Our two techs, Maria and Jaqueline, were absolutely wonderful and professional. They were on-time and promptly started working on cleaning our 2-bedroom loft. They brought absolutely everything and got the whole thing done within 2.5 hrs. The level of professionalism and friendly customer service is definitely worth the premium. I also appreciate that they are transparent in their pricing. One of my friends used them through their referral process and it was easy for me to use the credit during my nest visit. I hope to continue using them in the future, particularly if they change their price model/scheduling options.

And I love that they give back to the community (see pic attached), plus have all these incentives for their techs to earn extra cash if they do an outstanding job.

Excellent and professional job. Ixsa was an amazing cleaner and very responsive my requests. The only issue is that they arrived a day late. They did give me a discount for the delay. So that was fair.

Just got a FABULOUS deep clean from Ecoverde. In addition to Maria doing a meticulous job on our condo, the office communication ahead of time was thorough and clear. This is the start of a beautiful relationship!

We were very displeased with the service we received from Ecoverde and will not use them again. They texted us a question while their cleaner was in the house; we responded immediately, and they never replied. As a result, they did not clean the first level of our home, because they wanted to charge extra for a “basement.” A basement is underground — ours is not. Not only did they completely skip one full level of the home, they still charged us for the total square footage of the entire house AND tried to overcharge us for extra services we clearly stated we did NOT want.

This was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish, and they have absolutely lost us as customers.

I have been sick and didn't have the energy to clean. Glenda H., cleaner, did a wonderful job on deep cleaning my bathroom and cleaning my house.
It was easy to make an appointment, and the Glenda was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Ecoverde consistently does a great job in my home. Maria Gil is particularly diligent, efficient, and helpful (like even helping me find space in cabinets to store things rather than leaving them on my floor so that my space looks more orderly. Thank you, Ecoverde, for five star service!

Jackie from Ecoverde Cleaning did an absolutely amazing job. Our house was left spotless, fresh, and cared for with real attention to detail. She was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in her work. Every room looked fantastic and even the little details were handled perfectly. We were so impressed with the quality of her cleaning and how respectful she was of our space. Jackie truly went above and beyond, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Denise and her team are incredible! They are very responsive and accommodating. Denis and her team are always on time (or say when they have a problem and won’t be, but that is rare). They have the key to our home and that’s always been fine. They are very respectful and easy to work with. Once, a piece of carpet unraveled and Denis told me about it, which I appreciated; it was not her fault, though—it was already unraveling! Very ethical. They like to use natural cleaners which work well, and they always do a nice job. I highly recommend Denis and her LLC for her professionalism, cleaning services, and flexibility.
