Called Elite hvac when my handyman could not figure out why the thermostat wouldn't work or connect to my hvac. The habdy man had suggestedto put in a whole new system (8- 10 grand of work). Called Elite hvac and they showed up on time at the time they said they would. They came in the morning and analyzed the problem. Realizing that there were more wires than were needed to make the correct connections necessary to have the thermostat communicate with my hvac Carrier system. Left it working and came back that afternoon to ensure that all the correct connections were made with a 2nd pair of eyes. Upon finalizing the analysis, they ensured that all connections were correct and neatly placed my thermostat back and my Air conditioner has been running great since at a reasonable price in total. I would definitely call them again for any of my hvac needs.

I highly recommend Elite HVAC! My heat went out during a stretch of brutally cold days. My normal company could not come out for 4 days and that wasn’t going to work with below freezing temperatures during that time. A neighbor recommended Elite HVAC so I called.

John was able to come out in less than 4 hours!!! He truly saved me. It was a simple fix and the heat was back on in 20 minutes! I’m so grateful that he was able to come out so quickly and his prices are VERY reasonable! He was so kind and honest and I really love that. He told me to call him anytime if I needed anything. I will be using them again for sure.

No call, no show twice. Had a good conversation one morning said he could come by that afternoon so I told him I could leave work early and meet when HE said he could be at my home. Never heard from him until I reached for him to say he couldn’t make it. Booked for two days later. No call, no show! No third time for me. I wouldn’t know the quality of work they do because they never showed up to the two appointments I booked.

all i can say is OMG! i have paid so much money to so many people, but when i called Narfix my AC unit was fixed in less than 30 min! This nice guy was on his job and knew exactly what to do! Narfix will now be my PRIMARY AC service/repair

Solid contractor focused on helping folks vs making a big sale. Repeat customer here because he isn’t trying to cheat you, and is always willing to figure it out at a reasonable cost.

Helped with a few other issues we had too in an emergency.

- cleaned the furnace and removed the mold issues. We were getting dirty air and it was making us sick.
- added a check valve per our inspection needs
- always flexible and informed on what to do

Quick response time for AC failure
In the middle of a brutal overtime week, the owner showed up and in 15 min identified a broken electronic part on the outdoor unit, replaced it, and our AC was back in business. Wonderful gentleman
