I had an amazing experience with Chason Services. My AC Unit finally died after 20 Years and of course it was in the middle of the Summer. Rob Brown had a Crew at my house the same day to diagnose the problem and within a day we had a brand new AC Unit. Not only was the Service Fast and Professional the Price was right. They could have tried to upsell me to a Heating Unit as well but instead said I probably had a few good years left and serviced the Heating Unit at no additional cost. I would recommend this company to anyone who has Heating and Air Conditioning needs!

Found this company highly rated so I called. Technician came out and supposedly check my unit. My unit is old but of course I would prefer repair versus replace. Was told that my compressor went up and needed to replace inside and outside units. Had a second technician from a different source come and was informed that my wiring leading to my outside unit was faulty. No electric going to the outside unit at all. So how could my compressor be bad if it wasn't even getting electric? Wiring fixed and unit fired up. The dishonesty is unacceptable - ***Update: Mr. Chason called me and apologized and they refunded my service charge. I appreciate his efforts to communicate how unfortunate this situation was and I believe that he has worked hard to build a good reputation and I made some edits to original comments.

Tim and his assistant did a quick, clean, and thorough job today. They even took some time to help us make some adjustments. Both were plesant and friendly. They did a great job.

Got a quote over the phone and they stuck to it on the job. Price was very fair and below local competitors. It was a relatively costly job--replacing air handler coil. Crew went about their work and cleaned up afterward. Tim and Matt were very friendly and happy to explain everything.

Our air conditioning broke and we were able to schedule an appointment the next day. They fixed the unit that afternoon. I was so happy I wanted to kiss the technician but he suggested I leave a review instead. Very pleased with the service!

Much respect and appreciation for the Chasen team, Bob, Tim and Matthew who designed and installed two AC systems in my 70 year old house. Several planning visits to the site, listening to my needs and proposing options made for a competitive quote, minimally intrusive design, and clean and smooth installation.
Throughout the install communication and progress went like clockwork. The installation team, Tim and Mathew took care with each clean and accurate cut into the walls, were patient with all my questions, and were just a pleasure to work with. Woke up this morning with no heat. It's a Saturday, and it just started to snow. Now what? I called Chason Service Engineers at 10:15 AM, they arrived in an hour and 15 minutes, just as that promised. Steve was awesome, did a complete evaluation of my unit, and I was up and running again in 40 minutes. Excellent service and reliability! They are available 24/7. I could not be more thankful and satisfied!
