I have been using this company for several years. Initially they installed a new replacement HVAC system in my house. Since then they have performed yearly system maintenance for me. A couple months ago my AC stopped working, I contacted them and they were quick to respond and make repairs. I find the company to be honest, the servicemen to be be competent and personable. The office staff is also very helpful in trying to help when I have called them. I will continue to use them for my future needs.

I have used Pipco for both new heat pumps and for maintenance. I have referred numerous friends to them after they were told they needed major repairs, which were found to be unnecessary by Pipco. They are honest, fair and reliable. They always provide options and are very responsive for service calls.

Vince and his team installed my geothermal and have been maintaining it great for over 18 years. After my home was destroyed by a fire they helped to have everything back up and running fast. They also handle my Shop geothermal.

Recently, as always, Pipco immediately returned our call and subsequently dispatched a technician who resolved the problem, in this case replacement of a defective fan.
Pipco installed and updated all of our heating/cooling systems ever since our house was built decades ago. We expect they will continue to do so for as long as we continue to live in this house.

Pipco is an excellent company to use for all HVAC work. The staff takes the extra effort to make sure all work is done timely, accurately and efficiently. The systems they install are the top of the line. Annual service is excellent.

Great customer service and competitive pricing. We used them to install a ductless system upstairs as well as a HVAC system downstairs. They were very professional and left the work area clean. Would highly recommend Vince and team for any work you need done!

Repairs were performed by efficient, professional service technicians. System has operated as designed since repairs performed two months ago. Older system that I decided to have repairs done before total replacement. Very happy with results.

We employed Pipco for a variety of HVA installation and servicing needs, including installing two central air systems and a number of mini-splits at different locations. They do quality and courteous work, they are good to their word, they are on time (or, if parts availability or other issues pop up, they are careful to update you about delays), they are helpful when it comes to working rebate space, and they are very helpful for follow-up service/advice when learning how to handle new-fangled fancy HVAC systems.

Many years ago at a house I sold shortly after the installation. When I moved to this house, I knew the system was old and would need to be replaced. I got several estimates and PIPCO was in line with all of them. I was aware of their good service, and they had an excellent credit offer. No problems with the salesman, who gave me an honest evaluation of the system, or the men who installed it. I have recommended PIPCO to several people through the years.

tl/dr: Very professional and friendly local operation that provided unexpectedly quick service and quality installation of a new A/C system.

We called Pipco and they quickly sent someone over and gave us a diagnosis. We already knew our A/C was nearing the end of its life, so we elected to get it replaced. Vince came by to assess and estimate the work and gave us several options to choose from. They were able to get the job done faster than scheduled and the installation crew were very friendly. They made some modifications to the way the vents were routed and dramatically improved the air flows coming out of the registers. We highly recommend their service.

I had a very positive experience with Pipco.
I had central air conditioner replaced and mini split system put in on 3rd floor of my row house. There were some peculiarities that had to be addressed so the crew had to come back a few times to try some different ways of quieting the pump system on the mini split but they were so accommodating and kind and everything worked out great. Highly recommend!

I have used PIPCO for years and will continue to do so. I feel comfortable when they come in my house. They honestly discuss issues without pushing for a sale. I just bought a new furnace. Before I did the PIPCO person gave me advice about repair vs buy. The work was well done. I wanted fan motor speed adjusted, and they followed up.

Pipco maintained our gas furnace and air conditioner until at 36 years old, repairs could no longer be justified. I wanted to reduce my carbon footprint. They suggested a combination gas furnace and heat pump to lower my dependence on gas and still keep the house cozy & warm when the temperature drops below freezing.
The installation took one day. The technicians arrived on time, were efficient, and patiently answered all my questions.

It's been two months since the install. The system is functioning as intended with the heat pump providing heat when the temperature is above 35 degrees. In addition to a comfortable home, my utility bill is lower due to using electricity more than gas during this unseasonably warm winter.

We've always been happy with the service Pipco provided over the years but I am especially appreciative of their quick response to my failing furnace over the Christmas holidays and of the guidance they provided in finding the appropriate solution for me.

This summer I Had Pipco move my 2 compressors while everyone else tried to sell us new ones. They came in at a very competitive price and performed excellent work. Super satisfied and both units survived the move just fine.

Excellent service from appointment to access hvac to quote. The whole team was excellent..sales, office, installation. No long wait to schedule work for installation of new AC and Furnace. Installers were on time, did a great job and were pleasant to work with. Everything cleaned up after work was completed.
