Brian Ayd did a great job of explaining multiple options to replace our AC/Propane combo unit system for our large Sunroom. This was not a simple project since the old unit was tucked away in the crawl space above the sun room attic where it intersects the main house. The Pipco team came with 5 technicians and truly swarmed the project. They were very professional and tidy with their approach of dismantling the old unit and installing the new system, and did an excellent job. A friendly group of guys and they finished on time. You could hardly tell they had been here. I would definitely recommend Pipco for all of your home HVAC needs.

My family has been using Pipco for decades to service our HVAC systems. I rely on them for my twice yearly service check-ups and was impressed when they promptly sent a technician to my home the day after Christmas last year when I lost my heat in temps with single digit wind chills. Pipco installed our Trane heat pump in 2009. Our original heat pump was a Trane, and I wanted to continue with the same product. Over the last 15 years PIPCO has supplied us with outstanding service. We're a customer for life!

Pipco is the most competent and reliable air conditioning heating company I have used in many years. Installed a new central system and Mitsubishi mini splits, corrected ductwork problems installed by others. Detailed and professional, even suggesting a less expensive size and layout. All systems are working well 2 years later.

15 months ago Pipco replaced my old AC unit and heating unit. Their work was relatively quick, clean and courteous. They move my humidifier to a more convenient location. I have had no issues since then. My bills are lower and the new units give more even heating and cooling. I would definitely contact them if I had any other work planned.

They patiently went over numerous different options for different types and manufacturers to find the best option for replacing an air conditioner in our older home. Price was competitive with other quotes and work was completed as promised with minimal impact on our lives. Very pleased with the whole experience. Will be using them again to replace the rest of our aging equipment.

Pipco cleaned and inspected my heating system, and were honest about it not needing to be replaced, despite its advanced age. A few years later, I had them install a central AC system, and they did a great job. I never had any problems with it whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone—and have. Reasonably priced, on time, clean up after themselves, and don’t try to do things that aren’t needed.

I have used Pipco for my HVAC needs for over 25 years. They have installed 4 new units, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. So here it is July 2024, HOT and just home from vacation and my AC died. I was expecting to have a very long wait for repairs. Called Pipco, as I always would, and they were out in 2 days! Their techs are courteous and thorough. Vince and his office team are the best. This time I learned a few do it yourself tips from my service tech, Majeet. Luckily it was a few minor maintenance issues which I can do myself in the future. For the more complex stuff it’s always worth it to call Pipco, they will save you a lot of money in the long run!

We've been customers of PIPCO for over 20 years. They are simply fantastic for urgent needs and routine upkeep/service. Our 19 year old heat pump finally passed away last week, and PIPCO was here to help us replace with a great new unit within days. All of the service and office folks are friendly and helpful. We don't call anyone else for our HVAC needs.

Great experience working with Pipco. Techs were wonderful working quickly and being very neat with regard for our property. We replaced a Mitsubishi single split with a Mitsubishi multisplit and are very very happy we added the in ceiling cassette in our bedroom over our garage that was cold in winter and very warm in summer. We now have a very comfortable space thanks to Pipco and team. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC work.

We've had Pipco service our heat pump for a decade or more. Always on time, always pleasant. Even came out early one Saturday to correct a problem & get our AC going. We see no reason to call anyone else for service.
It's now been about a month since Pipco installed our new Bosch system. It's functioning great and is much more efficient than our old system. Pipco got it done in one day and gave a thorough explanation of its operation w/ the new Ecobee thermostat. They also gave the best price versus 2 other estimates for the same work. JB

We installed a duel fuel Bosch heat pump with Pipco this year. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the system. I’m taking off one Star only because it did not work properly on install. However, the guys at Pipco kept coming back until everything was as it should be. The service and responsiveness are top notch! The heat pump itself has been excellent this summer! As far as AC goes, it works very well. It will work in colder temperatures as well, but I prefer to switch to the gas when it’s below 45. It gets noisy. The guys from Pipco made sure that I was able to adjust my system to my own tastes. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

The receptionist who works the phone is one of the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever interacted with in my entire life.

I had to call their office multiple times to get answers to simple questions, and her tone was always abrupt, annoyed, rude, and incredibly condescending.

When the technician came to my home and I wanted to ask questions, he wouldn’t even let me get a full sentence out before talking over me.

I had to repeatedly ask him to let me finish speaking so I could ask my questions, which were simple questions regarding what he would be doing to my system and what I would be charged for that day.

I recommend staying away from this business because they clearly are knowledgeable about HVAC, but have no idea how to work with a client, communicate clearly, and treat people with respect.

after the initial diagnostic where their technician did nothing to my system, but still charged me $125, I was told that I would receive a call the same day from the sales office to discuss a replacement.

when I called the office to follow up two days later, because I had heard nothing, I spoke to the receptionist who was incredibly rude, abruptly asking me to hold and speaking condescendingly to me.

Vince has serviced my home before I bought it in 2000. The previous owner kindly left a list of those companies she trusted. I would never think to call anyone else. Pipco has worked on my home several times since. Work is always professionally done, guys are polite and respectful. I had a huge system installed 4 years ago, flawless! Supply chain problems this year made it difficult to wait for a new part. But when it arrived, they called, and sent one of the guys over to install it asap. You cannot ask for anything more. Look no further. Wonderful!

PIPCO is the best. I have nothing but good things to say. They've been helping me for years with general seasonal maintenance, keeping my old HVAC running. When the Carrier heater finally gave up the ghost this year during a sub-freezing week, PIPCO helped me with that the replacement as quickly as humanly possible. The estimators and the owner himself were great, but all of the actual installation experts & assistants who came out to assess and do the work were great too -- polite, kind, respectful, and hard-working. Big shout out to the extremely patient woman who calmly answers the phone! This is the kind of service you get with a family-owned, local business.

His crew did a great job and got the replacement of my old broken unit done in one day. I am very happy with my new Bosch heat pump. Good customer service!
