We are in the process of renovating our finished attic to turn it into more of a livable bedroom space. We originally had our HVAC unit in the middle of the room. Pipco moved our unit to a vertical position by our chimney.
We can't say enough about how we were satisfied by Pipco's performance, recommendations and professionalism. They have an in-house shop where they can make their own ductwork. We had several companies tell us that moving our A/C unit vertically by the chimney wasn't possible but Vince at Pipco made it work! BTW if you get a heat pump (which is both air conditioning and heating) you can get a lot of money back via rebate and tax credit.

We had our upstairs HVAC unit, both A/C and furnace, fail 17 days ago. I got 3 different companies to look at our situation. All recommended a full replacement as the A/C coils were leaking refrigerant in several places. The system was a remarkable 19 years old. After gathering much information about what technology to replace this system with, we decided to go with a dual fuel high efficiency heat pump with a high efficiency furnace. I got 3 bids. Pipco was not the lowest, but because of their attention to detail, full knowledge of the products and immediate follow-up, I chose them to install. We could not be happier with the new unit. More importantly, the Pipco management and installer team were outstanding. The entire process took only 10 days.

This company is truly focused on the customer. Their quick responses to all questions and their timely follow-up were impressive.
I have another system that is also 19 years old that is living on borrowed time. I will definitely be using Pipco to install the replacement in the very near future.

Pipco Air Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc. fixed our AC when it broke, and the service was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained clearly what was wrong, and had it repaired without any issues. We really appreciated the professionalism and would definitely recommend them.

Woke up this morning with a strange smell in my house. After investigating decided it had something to do with my HVAC system, in my house I had just purchased at the beginning of December 2025. Called this company Pipco first thing this morning. Their company sticker was on my indoor unit. I'm guessing the previous homeowner used Pipco for their HVAC service work. Was greated by a very nice understanding woman on the phone. And was told initially somebody could be out Friday morning. I said that was good. But about 15 minutes later I noticed the whole system had stopped running and I had no heat and no air blowing. I immediately called back. Spoke to the same nice woman, and was told don't panic, I'll see if i can get someone out today. Got a call back a short time later telling me someone would be out today. I was pretty happy and impressed with this response. A lot of company's I've heard or dealt with will tell you it would be even days before someone would be able to make it out. So I want to give a BIG shout out to Pipco AND the two techs, Majid and Jorden that came out to my new house and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. Both gentleman very friendly and efficent! AND checked my whole system for me to make sure everything was working properly And answered any questions I had. AND the price for the work, to me was VERY reasonable! I will be using Pipco for my go to HVAC company!!

Pipco installed two heat pumps for me three years ago. The person who takes the service calls is rude and very difficult to work with every time I call to schedule maintenance. Her name is Joan. When I’ve expressed my concern to the company the response I get is… she is from New York. Well I am from New York and I know how to treat people with respect. I will not listen to her tirades anymore. I spent a great deal of money to have the two systems installed. I expect better customer service than I have received at Pipco. I called Perry Hall Heating and Cooling to take over my maintenance. Lisa, who answered the phone could not have been more professional and polite.
I’m just warning those who are thinking of going with Pipco to know what’s is in store when you try and establish a relationship for years of maintenance service each spring and fall. Beware

I called to schedule a service call and was told they would come to my house the next day. I took off work for two hours waiting and nobody showed up or called. Complete waste of time with this contractor.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The two technician were very kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. The install turned out really well and they cleaned up after themselves. I was also very pleased with the price. We were able to get an AC for less than anyone else quoted us and we didn't have to make any sacrifices to get a lower price.

I had a great experience with these guys. This is the second furnace they have installed in my house. They have always provided excellent service to me. Their technicians were very pleasant, courteous, professional and friendly. They also answered our questions.I would definitely recommend them.

We had a horrible experience today with Tempo. We woke up to our furnace not turning on at all. My husband called and they said they'd have someone out between 9-12. At 11:45 I called because we hadn't heard anything. They told me we were on the schedule and that the technician would call me with an ETA. No one called. I called back around 2:30. She told me a manager would call me. At 3, the manager called me and said that they have no one available who was qualified for our job and they'd have to get an outside contractor to do it, which would take 2-3 days. She could not give me an answer as to why in the world they would have scheduled us in the first place. Obviously it's too late in the day to get anyone else to come out now. I'm pregnant and we have a small child at home. This is just unacceptable.

Jeff was on time, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He serviced our HVAC system and adjusted where necessary. Good employees are hard to find these days but Tempo Heating and Cooling Service has a good one with Jeff. Good company to do business with.

I was without heat during the middle of a very cold snap. They had a Willis out in under am an hour to check on my furnace. They were all very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and didn't leave until I understood my new heating system. I would definitely recommend this professional group to anyone!
