I had a Mitsubishi mini-split system with five indoor heads installed in February 2025, and the entire process was smooth and professional. A couple of months after installation, I encountered a minor issue, but they promptly sent a technician to resolve it. The quick support and strong warranty coverage make them well worth choosing.

The service tech came out for a semi-annual system checkup. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He explained any issues clearly and outlined the next steps to fix an issue that he was unable to.

The salesperson that I dealt with was professional and attentive to our needs. They made sure our church purchased the correct equipment and not just anything.

We had Elmar install three Hitachi mini ductless splits for us in the summer of 2023. The pros of Elmar were that their rates were extremely reasonable when checked against competitors. We had multiple quotes and the quote from Elmar was the lowest by far. The installation crew was also very polite and we are pleased with the install itself. The only con was that prior to booking the job, I asked via email if Elmar could take a look at an HVAC pipe we have disconnected in the attic. They said yes. The day of installation, I reminded the crew twice that it would be great if they could take a look. After the crew left, I realized the issue hadn't been remedied and reached out via email again to thank Elmar for the install and to ask them to look at the pipe. Ultimately, they never responded to that email. Communication was frustrating but we are overall pleased with the work.

David De Vincent was very pleasant and was informative about the heating/ cooling system. All areas were left clean and orderly.

We purchased our Mitsubishi multi split units from Go Ductless and had our system installed by Elmar  Heating & Cooling. At first, we were a little hesitant, being this was a sizable project and a budget conscious decision for our home, but over time they made us feel completely comfortable. Anytime we had a question or concern—whether about how the system operated, why something wasn’t working, or even the cosmetic or mechanical aspects—they were quick to respond, explain, and make sure everything was resolved. They didn’t stop until we were fully satisfied. Kudos to the entire installation team at Elmar  Heating & Cooling and to Go Ductless for their professionalism and dedication.

Elmar did a very good job installing my 2 zone Mitsubishi mini split system. Brian gave me lots of his time in helping me design an intricate slim duct run and Jaunier was very receptive to all my thoughts during installation. Will has also been over to address the system and is top notch in his expertise and a nice guy. These guys have gone above and beyond to making me a happy customer. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

ELMAR HEATING AND COOLING went way beyond our expectations in installing our new Mitsubishi mini split system in our cottage.They came on time as scheduled, and their installers were very competent and trustworthy. The install was meticulous, and even the manager accompanied the installers to make certain that the job was done correctly and in a timely way. The manager stayed an extra hour just to set up.the WiFi so we could control the system from our phones while traveling. I would highly recommend Elmar for an install of a mini split system because this company specializes in this type of heating and cooling. The system was installed flawlessly, and everything was working perfectly. Adam and Brad are extremely personable and do their very best in answering questions and explaining how the system works, and both are very available by phone, so no trouble getting in touch with them.I liked that Elmar is a family owned and operated company, and everyone who works there, including customer service is very caring and knowledgeable! My husband and I give them 10 stars!

Mr. Dennis Morgan with Elmar Services demonstrated the highest qualities of professionalism. I was under the assumption based on a previous conversation with Elmar Services, a new hire would be accompling Mr. Morgan. Essentially, obtaining OJT skills. However, I may have been mistaken as Mr. Morgan arrived on site alone. I thought he would be overwhelmed with the amount of work needing to get done. He handled it like a true professional!

I have 8 inverters & 3 outside condensor units requiring service. Mr. Morgan performed all of the work flawlessly. I want to specifically mentioned how well he cleaned both the inside kitchen unit and the 3 outside units. The kitchen unit was covered with grease (of course we didn't know how much had built up since we had these units installed in 2017). He meticulously cleaned the kitchen unit as well as the outside condensor units. His thoroughness and attention to detail was outstanding! The units outside looked brand new after the cleaning.

I highly recommend Elmar Services for maintenance on your HVAC system. If you're fortunate enough to get Mr. Dennis Morgan, in my humble opinion, you'll receive award winning professional service. Something I believe Elmar Services prides itself in providing.

I didn't realized I was going to add such a lengthy review. Nor did I think about taking before pictures of the condensors outside to compare how dirty they were and he well Mr. Morgan clean them. Well, to give you a visual, I purchased these in the Fall of 2017 and this is the first professional maintenance I've had on them.

Lastly, I want to thank Buddy who recommended the maintenance services. This was the first time I've heard of it. I believe it's a tremendous benefits at a great price for all that's included.

Elmar provided services to design and install a brand new, ducted HVAC system at my single-family home. From initial quote through install (and beyond), Elmar and their technicians went above and beyond. They ensured all steps of the installation process had customer buy-in and the work was performed very well and extremely fast. Installation wasn’t as smooth and clean as would have hoped. Sloppy work but I will post photos so you can judge for yourself.
Friendly staff but I’m not sure if mini split systems are the cost effective solution that it once claimed to be.

A year later - I find out that my current service agreement does not apply to my entire Elmar heating and cooling system at my house. Only part of it. The technicians are great but I would definitely do look into another company before choosing Elmar again.

David came out and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and got us back up and running very quickly. Highly recommend Elmar, I've been using them for over 10 years.

David did a great job, was thorough in doing regular maintenance and cleaning of our split system. Spent 3 hours getting everything done. Cleaned up as he went made sure I was happy with everything and answered all my questions before leaving. Would highly recommend Elmar Heating & Cooling.
