We had an issue with our Lennox smart thermostat, which prevented the AC from turning on, and the thermostat screen no longer allowed interaction to t-shoot. Another company told us the only option was replacing it with another Lennox model, which was almost $1500. SuperTech looked at the issue, and provided a second option of modifying the wiring, and installing a Nest thermostat, at about half the cost of the Lennox. The tech performed the work quickly, was friendly, and I really valued getting informed advice about our options, rather than just the most expensive option. We ended up with a better solution, for half the price.

Affonso Laurie was a gentleman, kind and patient with his answers, and I learned alot our upkeep on my system from him. I found him to also be professionally proficient, he was able to diagnose the heat pump outside my home in minutes. He's also friendly, I like that. All in all, I give him 5 stars.

Our AC gave out on us right as a major heatwave was beginning, and SuperTech was able to send someone out same day to get us up and running again. Affonso, our tech, was super professional and friendly, explained everything about the fix (blown capacitor), and was just overall exactly who we needed to come in and help.

The folks in their office were also super helpful and patient, really walked us through the initial diagnosis of the problem. These folks are absolutely our new go-to for HVAC problems.

Am so grateful for the professionalism and kindness Steve & Kirby showed today. They were recommended by another HVAC company and I can see why. They understood the issue immediately and found a solution and didn't even charge extra when the work was more than anticipated. Additionally, they pointed out the horrible mold that the previous owner's company (Pipco) had not alerted me to when I had them in to service the units last year.
