Josh from SuperTech came to perform semi-annual HVAC unit service. Very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly he is very thorough and patient in explaining what is he doing and what the system is/isn’t running at optimal range and what could be the cause. He’s serviced my unit a few times in the last few years. He’s puntual, does not rush through his work and made sure he cleaned up his work area. SupeTech has a great company culture. The entire team at SuperTech was wonderful, start to finish. My 30-year-old system decided it was done, of course, during the hottest stretch of summer so far. Andrew was here the next business day, and he worked very hard to get me a competitive price given that I would need a complete upgrade. On install day, Willie, Gabe, and Salehe were here first thing to get started. Jason also stopped by to make sure things were going smoothly and to help the team however he could. Considering I'm on the third floor of an older condominium, the team had their work cut out for them. I couldn't have asked for more professional, efficient, and quick service. Call SuperTech HVAC Services for outdoor compressor unit not working following storm event on July 4th. Was forced to call for emergency holiday service. Tech performed troubleshooting of all units and determined that the control panel was fried due to storm surge. I paid $1500 to have the control panel replaced. I arrived home from vacation 7 days later to 86 F house. Received follow up text from company and told them house was 86 F and I was not happy. Was told service manager would call and received no call. Received call from customer service rep and told her that I never received call from service manager. She informed me that she had arranged for the most experienced tech to exam the system again. By this time, the house had not been cooling for 14 days. Steven arrived and diagnosed the system and discovered that the connector where the tech attached the refrigerant meter was leaking refrigerant. He replaced the connector, recharged the system and performed some other simple maintenance procedures he noticed at no charge. I appreciate the honesty and level of customer service provided by Steven. Due to his level of professionalism and honesty I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. This company should take care of Steven. He is saving them.

SuperTech has the best service as far as I’m concerned. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I just found out today they also can replace my old water heater.

I purchased the warranty plan for a year to maintain the health of the HVAC & AC SYSTEM. I still ended up paying more money for the cleaning of my HVAC SYSTEM.

Thank God for my rep Lea at Supertech. In a rocky coastline of "HVAC mendacity", Lea was a lighthouse of knowledge and HONESTY! She is very personable as well, and not "high pressure", which is tremendously appreciated. The installation techs, Jesse and Michael, were courteous, professional, and skilled. We went with a new Lennox Elite AC system. They completed removal of the old system and the installation of the new one perfectly. I will use Supertech again if needed and will recommend them to all in my sphere needing HVAC products and services. Great work Supertech!

UPDATE: Well, it's December 2024 and freezing out so naturally my furnace took a break lol! After helping us with a great price and skilled installation of a new Lennox Elite AC unit this past summer (July 2024), our aging Lennox Elite Series furnace stopped heating in the cold of December. Again, our rep Lea at SuperTech did an amazing job! Lea had the correct part, a furnace control board, ordered and acquired from Lennox that same day. Josh, a skilled tech there, came out that afternoon, promptly had it installed, and our furnace was again cranking out heat. Moreover, there was an issue with the blower housing coming loose overnight, likely due to the age of our system. Josh came out again the next day and re-secured it at no additional cost to us, restoring it to good operating condition. We're delighted with the result of repairing and keeping our furnace running vs. the expense of buying a new one. We will continue to use, and highly recommend, SuperTech!

Steven is excellent as usual. He has got an impeccable eye for detail. He went well and beyond to explain the repair process. He re-adjusted the entire position of the HVAC and made it work perfectly. His interactions shows high level of professionalism. A gem for the company, no doubt.

Never purchase a new system, never take their recommendations of a system, or let them install it. The system went down in the middle of the night and I waited for "Emergency Service" to come. THEY NEVER DID! After making promises. It's like they just stole my money. Their 24/7 service is just that they’ll take your call with no guarantee of 24/7 actual emergency service. They appear to play the long game to provide good customer service until your system needs a replacement. Then when you really need them to fix a failed install or failed new unit on a freezing night. In our case, the weekend, you will until they can make it out to you.

Stephen successfully performed a critical adjustment to my HVAC system as it wasn’t heating. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and also helped me with the correct filter replacement. My system is under warranty and there was no charge. Highly recommend Stephen.

I incorrectly assumed that the 24/7 "Live Answer" service advertised on the SuperTech website actually meant that technicians were available for emergency calls - 24/7. In fact, this service is an AI-assisted receptionist that in my case incorrectly confirmed that a technician would be arriving at my house within 90mins of my request. The scheduled time came and went with no one showing up -- which prompted another call -- that was again answered by the AI assistant who then indicated a "live" person would return my call as soon as possible. Fast forward to this morning at which time I was informed by the live person the next available time for emergency (no heat) service was 5 days from now. I understand it's busy season, but definitely questioning the value of my maintenance/service agreement.

We've had a complicated problem, and Mr. Zhang was the first of many technicians from other companies to understand the problem and offer potential solutions. He was professional, well-informed, and offered advice that wasn't aimed solely to upsell. We hope SuperTechHVAC stays in our area because of our experience with Mr. Zhang. 10 out of 5 stars!

Alfonso is great to work with. He obviously knows his stuff and he is personable and friendly besides.

Yesterday morning it was making all kinds of screeching noises but was perfectly quiet when Alfonso came today and I turned it back on.

We’ve had a good experience with SuperTech HVAC. Alternatively, we’ve had some crap experiences with other HVAC services. Thankfully, SuperTech staff were excellent. 1) Communications around pricing for a full replacement of our upstairs system were clear. 2) Administrative Staff were reliably prompt, friendly and helpful. 3) A follow-up walk-through with the Supervisory Staff to review the operational considerations of the installation went well. 4) And finally, the installation of our maximum efficiency heat pump went really smoothly. I’m relieved to have established a maintenance and support relationship with SuperTech. I’m very happy to provide our family’s recommendation.

I have been a satisfied customer of Super Tech Services for approximately five months. I always get good service from them. The office personal are always friendly and helpful. Even if it is something as simple as a reading on the thermostat that I don't understand. A great BIG shout-out to Ebony for always being so friendly and helpful.
