Great people, our family has worked with them for decades. Just had them replace our AC and Heat Furnace. Tim, Matthew, and Dave came out and replaced everything in one day. Very Nice and respectful gentleman. Bob Chason who works the office is a pleasure to deal with, and they offer competitive pricing in the industry. Highly recommend these guys to anyone! Very honest people.

Stephen was prompt and professional. He put booties on to keep our floor clean. Stephen clearly explained what he saw on the heating check up visit to our house. Chason is very reliable.

I have a 3yr old Mitsubishi 4 head ductless system on the second floor of my home in an in-law suite. The company that installed it failed to install a safe-t-switch on one of the units, and after a month, the in-line condensate pump failed, the unit without a switch allowed water to ruin my brand new ceiling below. The company came out, installed a replacement pump, and switch. After one summer, the new pump failed again, and since they wired the switch wrong, my ceiling got ruined again. The original installer at this point kept telling me he would send someone but they were really busy. Weeks became months. Ridiculous. I called Rob Brown at Chason Services and he dispatched a technician Steve the next day! What was even more impressive is the tracking system which allows you to click on a link and follow your technician as they drive to your site. You are alerted via text when they arrive, which is great if you need to put your dogs away! Steve diagnosed the system and since parts were needed, a second trip was needed and an additional tech to help trace lines, etc.(I have a challenging older home). To maintain continuity, Steve returned with Cory and they got everything installed and made sure the system ran through several cycles to verify that the safe-t-switch, and the pumps were working perfectly. It is difficult to find honest, reliable contractors, and I can tell you, Chason is top notch. Do not hesitate to call them. They will impress you too!

We called Chason to replace our condo’s original 24 yr old heating and AC system. We had used Chason for years to service our heating/AC systems in our previous homes and found them to always be competent and reliable.
Today we had Matt H. and Tim B.out to our to our condo to install our new Carrier heating/AC system. These two men were
professional in every respect. Their
skill and attention to getting the job done
to a high standard of excellence was
superb. They exemplified why we have such confidence in Chason to meet our heating and cooling needs. These guys were simply the best! Thank you Matt and Tim for a job well done!

Jim and Matt just left my home after installing a new A/C system and I couldn't be happier! Chason Service Engineers is top notch and I heartily recommend them. Rob came out twice to look at my old system to be sure everything would go smoothly with the install. They kept me informed by email and text messages, arrived on time, put down drop cloths, were efficient and completed the job in the estimated time frame that Matt gave me. Before leaving Matt walked me through every detail of operating the new thermostat, explained how the air handler works (I consider myself "technologically impaired") as well as the condenser. I am a happy customer!

I recently contracted Chason for a full system (gas furnace and AC) replacement and am extremely satisfied with all aspects of their service: high quality (Carrier) unit at a fantastic price with impeccable service. Bob and the installation team could not have more helpful, friendly and efficient. I have used several larger firms for various HVAC services and they simply don’t compare to Chason. Looking forward to working with Chason on another system replacement in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of HVAC services.

Very professional. Friendly and kind under difficult circumstances. I have 2 dogs that are overly friendly and want to help and Jerome was great with them. I work from home and be on top of them all the time and Jerome was so patient. He was also very professional and explained what was needed. Great job !

Stephen was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He wasted no time examining our furnace and finding the cause of our problem. He arranged a temporary fix, because he had to order the specific part. He informed us of the cost of the needed part, and he was very accurate. He returned, installed the part, and concluded his visit with us. High efficiency with a generous side of affability.

I had no intention of buying a new HVAC System, but my old system had different plans! Chason had helped me in the past, and even given me a quote some months prior. I won't lie, I did check a few other places, and none came close to Chason in pricing, which obviously is great, but more importantly, from start to finish they were honest with me. I never once felt pushed into a decision and was given several options. When Timothy and his crew came out, they were friendly and got right to work. As I type this even now, the crew just left so the house is still hot of course, but I can feel a steady breeze on my leg coming from a vent I'd never felt before! Thank you to Bob, Timothy and the rest of the crew!

Excellent service from first call to installation. Amazing team. My central AC died in the heat of July. They repaired my old system immediately and installed a new one in 10 days from first call. I highly recommend them!! Friendly, knowledgeable...great people.

Matthew and his assistant did a great job in removing the old water here and installing the new one. Both of them were very conscientious with great experience especially in working in tight spaces because the whole project went very smoothly. Thanks also to Bob Chason for setting it all up and here is picture of the new one which is working perfectly.
