Merry Maids have always helped me keep my home clean when I don't have time from my busy life to do it. The crew that has been assigned to me for over 12 years has been a God sent. Especially during the years I had a dog and having shedding hairs everywhere. Everytime Merry Maids crew came, you could see the difference after they left. That my home was clean again.

Such a great experience. Shannon and Azia were fantastic. Such nice people and great problem solvers. When the water service stopped, they quickly pivoted to make it all work. And everything was so spotless. And they went above and beyond the original work order to ensure a clean facility beyond what I had ordered. Loved this experience.

Leah and the team did a great job. They were friendly, thorough, and detail oriented. This was a one time cleaning and the house was filthy. I really appreciate the job they did.

This company is AMAZING! From the first phone call, their customer service was top-notch. The staff was super friendly and worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule.

Zyaire was very professional, on time, and thorough. I would welcome her back anytime to clean my condo. Sherry was great as well. She paid attention to details and was able to get hard to reach places like my high ceiling fans.

I hired MM in Towsend for a move out cleaning. Theu sent Jennifer for my job. She was beyond superb! every nook and cranny was spotless. even the oven and fridge interiors looked new. Most of all, she asked me about concerns I might have on arrival. I pointed them out and she took care of them. When she was done, I was so glad I had called Merry Maids. She arrived right on time, finished in the estimated time, and really was professional in her approach. I would ask for Jennifer for your job.

When we had a loss in our family it greatly effected many of us, including a family member who had become a care giver for over a year. They experienced significant grief, and only this week is returning to their home. We have wanted to support them in any way we could, and then we realized there was something we could do, and that was to have Merry Maids clean their home from top to bottom so that their return home would be one of comfort and relief. The amazing work that the Merry Maids team did was a gift we could provide, when there was little else we could do. Thank you Merry Maids for everything you did for my family. Lastly, I can not thank Merry Maids without mentioning Vanessa who has taken care of my home for years, and also Rebecca who is always there when we need guidance and support from the Leadership Team. And it all started with Ms. Sue, I called and she was just wonderful! Customer service A1 and she detailed everything down to the T, as to what is offered. And it wasn’t long and drawn out- I knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t have a problem with paying for the work I truly needed done and as long as you’re willing to take time and explain what you need, big or small they got ya👌🏽 definitely will be a continuing customer going forward! The ladies that came (Sherrie, Kate, Zaire) were extremely helpful and they did outstanding work 🙏🏽

I cannot say enough good things about Angel team 7. Angel gives us the best service we have ever had. She keeps our house clean and smelling fresh. This is truly an Angel that is heaven sent.
