I had a very good experience with the maids. They came out last minute and did a clean or a move out apartment that I own and I was very happy with the work and the on time arrival

Way overpriced for the quality of service provided. I paid for a fall cleaning and they did nothing more than a basic quick cleaning leaving my stair rail undusted, baseboards not wiped down, and the floor still dirty. Do not use them.

It was not worth the money. The products they use do not produce quality cleaning. The customer service stinks. I talked to Bethany, the office manager, and she was very rude and uncaring. I paid over $300.00 and I have to go behind them and clean it better. I will not use this service again, and would not recommend anyone else to use them. I will clean it myself before I pay The Maids. If you want a dirty house clean DON'T USE THE MAID!!!

We use the Maids on an occasional basis. They are great at fitting us in and always send us the same team which we really like. The cleaning is always top-notch and they always do little extras that I ask like cleaning my silver. The employees are very friendly.

I had almost given up on finding a reliable, professional cleaning service until I decided to try The Maids. They were able to send out a team of cleaners who got the job I requested completed in 90 minutes. The house sparkled!

Company isn't under the old management so now it's not worth the money spent. One thing I've learned quickly is that house cleaning services are a luxury that's not needed. Why have strange people in your home and have to pay a crazy amount to have it done. Just do it yourself. If your house is to big to clean by yourself then it's a sign saying your living beyond your means.

I hired The Maids to clean an empty house prior to sale, as this is one of their listed services. There were problems getting them to figure out what time of day the crew was actually showing up- the voicemail from the team said 2-4, when I called the number back, the area manager said it was scheduled for 12-2, then I got a text the day of that said they would arrive between 1 and 2. I went to the house at 12:30 and waited: when they didn’t show, I called at 2:40 and the dispatcher said they planned to come between 2 and 4. This is not good when I have to take time from work to be there. The cleaning was average- they just wiped everything down and cleaned the bathrooms and mopped the floors with a large pad mop. I thought they would polish the tile and do some special cleaning for the hardwood floors, but it was essentially the same as if I had used a Swiffer on them. They didn’t deep clean anything really, just a quick surface clean. Not worth the $200 an hour they charged

Maria, Josefa, and Abigail were an awesome team. Fierce, strong, quick, and focused, not to mention kind and trustworthy. All things that are incredibly helpful in a team doing a whole house top to bottom clean for my move-out! Deeply grateful for their wonderful service and highly recommend to anyone looking for a strong work force in the future for their house work.

Excellent service from the team! They came in and got straight to work! They hit areas that I did not even think of. Very affordable for the work that they did! We will definitely use them again! Team 2 is the best!

Staff worked diligently - however, the drawback was communicating my wishes. Regardless of my requests the staff touched areas and objects I specifically did not want touched and moved. Also they threw away items as trash I wanted. Did not ask my opinion.

Showed up on schedule and did a great job. House looks and smells great. With two pets and a toddler, the team had their work cut out for them and did not disappoint. Job was completed in a timely manner. Will be recommending "The Maids" as well as using them again.

Today I Utilized the wonderful services of ‘The Maids’ For the first time. I recently became ill and was diagnosed with a few different illnesses and haven’t been able to clean my home the way that I like to. While scheduling my service, Jane was attentive, kind, and thorough. Lesuvia , Pada, and Alejandra (Team 3) Came and did an amazing job!!! They were sweet, professional, attentive to details, and surprisingly fast! I now have a piece of mind and I can Focus on my health and recovery. They have no idea how They’ve helped me. I’ll be Using them again for sure!

We have had The Maids come in since 2020 and they have been a true blessing since then. I look forward to them coming and giving our home a good cleaning. When we walk in the house afterwards, the house smells fresh and clean.

We hired The Maids to do a deep cleaning prior a new tenant moving into an empty property. Although the cleaning passed as a simple cleaning, it was not up to par with a deep cleaning. We had used them previously and never had a problem until this time. When they were ready to leave, I noticed they had not cleaned the glass back doors, washed the kitchen floor ( which was filthy) or cleaned the front of a dust filled AC in the dining room. I also requested for two external windows on the front porch be cleaned - which they did - but only after I was told they don’t wash outside windows (never a problem previously.) After they left there were a few other items missed that I had to clean myself. Next time we will think twice before asking them back for a deep cleaning.

We've used the maids for years to clean our house between tenants and this year they did not meet our expectations. Top of the fridge was untouched, ceiling fan blades were untouched, baseboards were dirty, shower head was not cleaned, bathroom wall had stains, the dining room mirror was smudged, one toilet was not cleaned, and more. I guess it's time to find another company.
