City Wide provides high quality service with affordable prices. They are responsive and have a solution for all of our needs. We have used them for cleaning, painting, concrete work, parking lot striping, floor strip and wax and have been pleased every time.

My school, St. Elizabeth School, uses CityWide for janitorial services, and recently, we also started taking advantage of some of their other facilities services as well. In addition to cleaning, they have also installed floor tile, dry wall, and new stage curtains. They've done some concrete/masonry work for us, too. Each job has been completed professionally and at an affordable price. Our rep., Chris S., has been outstanding. He's responsive, conscientious, and committed to providing excellent customer service. He has also gotten involved in school/community events, which goes a long way towards building a great working relationship. We've been extremely pleased with our partnership with CityWide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with janitorial services, facilities, management, and special projects.

I had a TV mounted in my office space the other day and the team did an amazing job. Communication was solid throughout the whole process and the new TV fits perfectly in the new space. Will be contacting you all again for other necessities in the future! 10/10 recommend.

We have used City Wide for our cleaning services at Open Bible Christian Academy for serval years and have been very pleased with the service. The communication with the management staff is excellent. On top of that, they went above and beyond a few nights ago when we had a waterline break in our cafeteria around midnight. The cleaning staff was on site and contacted the City Wide management team immediately. They could not contact anyone from the school, so they took charge and got the water shut off and call their mitigation team in and plumber and got the situation under control and fixed by midday. Needless to say, their quick action saved much more damage and cost than we will incur. Special thanks to Jim Grem and Paul Wagner for all their help. We recommend City Wide very highly!

City Wide has been managing the janitorial services at our office in Mount Airy for a month now and we couldn't be more pleased. More cost effective than our last cleaning company and a much better end result. The attention to detail Alex and his crew provide is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend.

Switched to Citywide a few months ago and it’s been fantastic. Communication is amazing with pop ins and emails. We even switched to Citywide handling all our chemical and paper good purchases. They offer help on things you might not have even realized! Highly recommend!

I manage a high volume Collision Center and we are very detail oriented. I expect the same from our vendors. Over the years we have used several companies for our janitorial services and were never satisfied with the service or follow up when there were issues. We were fortunate enough to add City Wide about 2 years ago. The cleaning crew does an excellent job, but more importantly, the management team is attentive and quick to respond to any needs or concerns. Paul is always available and makes a point to stop in on a regular basis to make sure that the work is not only up to our standards but the standards that the entire team at City Wide expect of themselves. This team is top notch.

Gotta give credit where its due here - Initially connected with a representative, Kristen, who was so easy to work with and informed me of every step to getting set-up with City Wide's services. Kristen then connected me with an account rep, Alex, who I have now been working with for a few months. Alex has been kind and attentive and shows up regularly to make sure everything looks perfect and that we are satisfied. I have been very impressed with their ability to work around our schedule and our needs. I would suggest them highly.
