City wide facility solutions has been a great partner. Having one point of contact, whether it be for janitorial service, carpet cleaning, painting, or bathroom renovations has saved us a tremendous amount of time. I manage a coworking space in Baltimore, and we just switched over to City Wide from another company in January. I was immediately won over by their professionalism, thoroughness, and extensive quality control measures. And since we started working with them, I've been so impressed with our FSM Adam with helping us make this transition and ensuring our spaces are well-taken care of. Right now, they provide us standard office cleaning services but I love that they're a one-stop shop for all facility-related concerns. Very excited to continue our relationship for years to come

I have utilized Maryland Maids over the years and find that they have very thorough service and excellent customer service. I am especially pleased with their commitment to improving the quality of life for their customers and community. Their commitment to the community was most recently displayed for their Mother's Day initiative to award a deserving Mother with a series of 3 house cleanings. This is an amazing business that I highly recommend.

The cleaners arrived a little late (about 30 min), but they did a phenomenal job. Place looks fantastic.

Avoid! Poor service and communication. After buying their Groupon they don’t care to respond to messages. I have been waiting for over a week for them to confirm their appointment and they haven’t done it. After being frustrated I just cancelled my appointment

The women who came were very pleasant, listened well to the things I wanted them to do, and worked extremely hard. These gals are good workers. Their work was more than satisfactory.

If I can give them a ZERO star I will, we have communicated through email and discussed what I would like done. I also asked for an upgrade on the Master Bath, windows, walls and ceiling fan. I had left my older god daughter 22 yr of age there while I had to work. I came home to things not even touched. Half bath not touched, ceiling fan still had dust, windows were not touched, bathroom girls still had the ring around the toilet, hair on floor and not fully cleaned. I had set up for them to come back out were we agreed on 2pm and that was fine. Than changed it to 130p again FINE, than 249pm I get a text to say there will be there in 30 min. Not respecting my time since I had things I had to complete that day instead of waiting for them to arrive when they still were not there at 317pm I continued my day as usual and never received an email or call.
