I was very pleased with the cleaning I received. I would have given 5stars except, they move a lot to clean up. Next time I get this I will ask that anything they move in each room that they put it in space. Only complaint. Haven't seen my house look this clean since I moved in 5 years ago. Thanks ladies

The 2 maids who cleaned my home were very thorough and efficient. They arrived on time and made excellent use of their time in my home. This is my second time using Maryland Maids and I plan to use them again. They left my home clean and fresh!

Maryland Maids does great work! We had a service scheduled that needed to be moved due to my emergency c-section. We notified them from the hospital after our son was born the day of our scheduled service and they were very accommodating, congratulating us and telling us not to worry - we could call at our convenience to reschedule. We were not charged a late cancellation fee and a few months later when we rescheduled after emerging from the new parent fog (ha!), we were once again blown away by their customer service and attention to detail. Thank you, Maryland Maids!

The ladies that came today were friendly, efficient, and did a great job cleaning. I was so happy with the Groupon purchase that I signed up for their regular cleaning service. I look forward to working with them in the future. I also like the fact that they send the same people each time.

I just had my initial cleaning with Maryland Maids and it was great. They outperformed my prior cleaners (Molly Maid) by every measure. If I had found them first, I would have saved a lot of time, money, and frustration for better results. I'm hopeful that the quality of the reoccurring cleanings will remain high.

The process of making the appointment was easy and professional. The maids showed up a few minutes early and were pleasant; we got the paperwork out of the way, and they were started working right on time. They did a very good job on the house and covered more than I expected. (It's a tiny house, so the four hours provided by Groupon is enough for more than the promised "light cleaning.") Overall, I was happy with the service.

Ruby and her crew were great! Incredibly efficient and kind. My row home is very old and collects a lot of dust. They were able to get to every tiny crack to get the dust. Bathrooms were sparkling. The only negative was I was quoted a different amount over the phone than what I was charged. Next time, I would just ask for my quote in writing. Other than that, they were wonderful to deal with.

The cleaning team was great! Professional, pleasant and prompt. They worked fast and were very thorough. We had slight confusion with scheduling, but Ruby worked hard to fix the problem and accommodated our need. I definitely recommend this company and I would hire them again.

So glad I found this company!!! They did AMAZING!!!!! The ladies were so sweet, they arrived right on time and got to working immediately. They cleaned 3 bathrooms in 45 minutes & the bathrooms look like brand new!!! The prices were also VERY affordable! It was easy to book & scheduling was fast. Absolutely stunned & impressed! This is impeccable work!! Love this place!!

We saw this business on Groupon and decided to try them (I believe we paid $90 for a 3 man-hours job. Our house is about 1700 square feet, so that sounded appropriate).
A few other reviewers mentioned the slow responsiveness of the office, to which I kinda agree, they're not the quickest to get back to you. However, this isn't a deal breaker, and I had an appointment confirmation within 24 hours.
The two maids called a couple of hours before the agreed time, and said they could actually show up an hour early, which worked great for us. They arrived at the new agreed time and did a great job. The bathroom is resplendent, the kitchen is spotless and the whole house smells great. I'm not sure what their regular rates are, but we're definitely interested in using Maryland Maids again in the near future.

We have been using Maryland Maids for recurring cleanings for many years now. Very happy with their service. They do a wonderful job. The customer service is excellent, very accommodating and always ready to help. I would recommend them to anyone needing home cleanings.

They do work like I would clean my house but I was expecting for my house to look like a professional company clean my house not like something I would do again. I'll just keeping cleaning my own house

The manager Mark is very rude to all of his employees he cusses them out and under pays them. Also he is very rude to all of his customers he talks bad about them while at the office and then he does not care about the customers or his employees also he makes fun of his employees and makes sexual remarks to them and about them he is just all around an bad person and no one should use this company at all.

The Maids are the best cleaners that you can hire! They always provide great service and are super professional.
