Kelly and Tammie are my dedicated team for each visit, and are thorough and considerate. The place looks great when they are done, and it is the small, extra touches - like rearranging the countertops and extra dusting- that make a big difference to me. They even fold towels that give a very nice “plus”.

Team 9 rocks!! I came back to Merry Maids after a couple years. During that time, I used a well known competitor and they did not come close to the quality service that Merry Maids provides. So, I came back and am so glad that I did. They are timely with responses to concerns. Vanessa and Abby are professional and yet so very personable.

I used Merry Maids for the first time for a spring clean in my apartment and Kristen and Kayla did a fabulous job!! I highly recommend and was thrilled at the care they put into the job - every window sill was spotless and dusted, the hardware on the sinks were sparkling, and could tell they did not rush through. This service was a splurge for me and they definitely delivered! I also felt very comfortable having them in my home when I was at work with the clear communication about arrival time, etc. Will definitely use again and thank you to the team!

Azia and Jennifer were great. Both were friendly, professional, and hardworking. My initial service was on a Monday. I left a review mentioning two minor details I thought could be improved during the next visit and the company immediately contacted me to ask if they could come back out the next day to address the concerns. They came back the following day and not only fixed the two problem areas but also addressed one more missed cleaning item. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. They really care and want to ensure their customers are happy.
