John Harris arrived to perform an assessment, tool measurements and was extremely polite and professional during the process.

I am.goving only two stars to mlm this company. While the estimator was nice, he never actually sent a written estimate to me. He was also 30 minutes late for the s ccx scheduled estimate and no o e called to let me know. It's possible this is a good company to work with but it was a complete non-starter.

So this company was quick to respond to the water damage and restoration but they left my hardwood floor all scratched up, the left staples in my wall and since the work was completed in September I have not heard anything back from about restoring the ceiling and walls and paint. I called twice a week for about a month and till today nothing. Would not recommend them to anyone.

After the storm and our basement was flooded , William and his team came right in and went to work within 2 hours of him assessing the damage . William and his highly professional team spent days at our property removing water and mold in the basement after a plumbing disaster. They were very considerate in accommodating our needs. Rainbow international helped us after a water heater leak damaged our basement. They took care of drying out the basement, removing wet drywall and flooring, moving our furniture out of the basement into a storage pod that they also provided, and then moving the items back into our home after all repairs were complete. They were always friendly, responsive, thorough, and accommodating. They made a difficult situation more tolerable.

I had water damage from an ice maker in my refrigerator. William came out and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He is knowledgeable and his explanation was easy for me to comprehend. The estimator was quick to arrive, and he was nice, but communication was not great throughout the company. I never got an estimate for my additional request like promised.
The admin was bad at communicating. I asked several times how I could help to make things go smooth and she ignored me each time.
The day of repairs, the team was nice but they only did portion of the work due to miscommunication internally. They had to come back next day to finish.
Though they did a good job with repairs, I have noticed that all rooms that were in the repair One are covered in a layer of drywall dust. Their covers did nothing. I am now spending days deep cleaning everything I own. Every single item needs to be cleaned because my kid has allergies.
We could have handled this alot better.
