Julio has now done 5 or 6 jobs for us (patio, deck, firepit, finished basement, and roof work). He is a jack of all trades and all his work has been impeccable. I trust he always gives us a fair price and is very responsive and communicative while the project is going on. There is not another company I will go to for anything before talking to him.

We contacted Julio at Jesryn General Construction after discovering leaks in our roof. His team was quick to offer a patch and moved efficiently to replace the entire roof just weeks after our initial call. We also hired them to fix the interior water damage (repairing drywall and painting) and complete several other projects, including painting our exterior siding and replacing old window trim. Julio's crew was punctual, fast, and delivered high-quality work at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Unreliable. Made contact about a $20k+ job. Spent time communicating issue and sending pics. Was told we would schedule a visit this past week, sent several text messages when I received no communication and received no reply to any of them. If a contractor doesn't return your calls at the beginning, does not bode well should you engage in a job and something happens...they just ghost you.

Sigh - Read the response. Why can’t folks take responsibility for their poor behavior and not lie to cover their faults? Never once did they say they didn’t repair other contractor issues. Actually the opposite was stated to include offering to visit the following week. At no point was this job hinging on the court case because I haven’t even filed yet. I told him I was suing the contractor but he didn’t mention that I’m selling the home in a year and I wanted this repaired before then. He also doesn’t tell you that he called me right after I posted my review to which I stated I didn’t have time to be bothered. He called back and left a nasty message on my voicemail then I blocked his number. Again, beware.

Julio and his workers were very friendly, professional, and affordable. They converted our window into a door with some steps and finished in just 3 days! We will definitely be using them again for future renovations.

We had a fantastic experience with Julio and the Jesryn crew! They immediately came when we had water damage and removed affected areas to prevent molding. They were able to come and install our new flooring the day after it came in. They gave suggestions for materials and flooring ideas and picked everything up for us. They installed in one day- including molding- and did an incredible job. The team was masked and followed Covid protocols. Very happy to have worked with them and thrilled with our results!!

We hired Jesryn to renovate two bathrooms; paint interior and exterior of the house; build out a basement; and replace all windows in a 1942 Colonial in Arlington. Jesryn was diligent in their work. Working with Jesryn General Construction LLC was delightful. The kitchen and bathrooms of my condo needed updating. It was a little outdated. The finished product is modern and beautiful. Julio and team were phenomenal to work with! Very professional, responsive, and the quality of work is outstanding. They enclosed part of my front porch with a beautifully constructed wall that featured tounge-in-groove wood panels stained to match my existing porch ceiling and matching crown/shoe molding (trim). Julio cares as much about the aesthetics of the work as he does its solid construction. He also helped me work through the DC building permit process, which is a pain but we got through it together in the end :) Julio answered many questions for me and gave helpful advice about materials and maintenance of the porch.
