Had system inspection for Heating and Air Conditioning systems to make sure all was operating as required and that there were no Freon leaks. Filter replaced and general cleaning around fans and motors. Gerron, the service attendant was a very nice person explaining what he was doing and is a credit to Belair Engineering.

Service tech cleaned my gas fireplace. He thoroughly vacuumed and serviced all fireplace parts. He left the work area clean. He was very polite.

I am always pleased with the quality of service from Belair. When I bought my home the HVAC unit was originally installed by them and I purposefully went right back to them for the new installation. It makes a world of difference when the company is local and knows and understands the history of the neighborhood and infrastructure of the homes. Our AC went out on a very hot Saturday morning- I expected it was going to be a miserable experience but it was not thanks to Belair Engineering. They picked up the phone right away and woman I spoke with was SO PLEASANT. They were able to get someone out promptly and he (Abe) diagnosed and fixed the problem right away and was very friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable. Excellent with every detail. He found the cause of what I thought was in the thermostat. It was actually wiring with caps rattling against the air handler. There was no charge. He also gave me advice on how to treat the compressor so as not to damage the fins exposed to ice during a storm where snow turned to ice.
