Belair Engineering has gone above and beyond what would be considered normal. Hugo spent hours making sure my mother had heat before the upcoming storm. He didn’t leave her home until 9:30 after promising he wouldn’t leave until the job was completed. He is a man of his word.

They maintain our HVAC system regularly. We had a problem in midst of very cold weather. Their response was excellent. Part ordered. We’ll see if problem solved soon.

Outstanding service (HVAC). Anthony was extremely professional and polite; he ensured that he explained every aspect of the repair to me and answered all of my questions. This was my first experience with Belair, it could not have gone better.

Anthony was very professional and was going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the new setup. He even cleaned the area out after pulling the old unit.

Belair Engineer was the third company I called .... they should have been my first company. He answered all my questions and explained everything as he was working.

I would strongly warn anyone considering Belair Engineering to think twice.

We had a brand-new HVAC system installed in 2021, and since then it has been nothing but a revolving door of failures, breakdowns, and repeat service calls. A new system should not require multiple repairs and parts replacements every single year. That is not normal, not acceptable, and not what anyone pays for when installing a brand-new HVAC system.

At this point, it is clear that both the installation and the system itself are garbage. Whether it’s substandard equipment, improper installation, or both, the result is the same: a system that has never functioned reliably from day one.

Instead of standing behind their work, Belair Engineering treats these ongoing failures as an opportunity to keep charging service fees. Being repeatedly asked to pay more money to “fix” problems tied to a defective system and poor installation feels less like customer service and more like coercive, exploitative behavior.

This is not an isolated incident:
• Repeated breakdowns since installation
• Parts replaced over and over again
• Chronic failures year after year
• Long delays for service during extreme weather
• Additional fees demanded despite an obviously defective system

As I write this, it is freezing outside and we have been without heat for over 12 hours. That is not just inconvenient — it is unacceptable and unsafe, especially after paying for a brand-new system that should be reliable.

To make matters worse, interactions with this company have been consistently rude, dismissive, and unreasonable. Instead of accountability, customers are met with attitude, excuses, and pressure to pay yet another fee. No professionalism, no ownership of the problem, and no concern for the people living without heat or air conditioning.

Belair Engineering has made our home less reliable, less comfortable, and far more expensive than it ever should have been. A company that installs defective equipment, installs it improperly, and then repeatedly charges customers to address its own failures does not deserve trust.

Save yourself the stress, the money, and the risk to your family’s comfort and safety. Look elsewhere.

Gerron did a great job with our maintenance check up, he was very thorough with all our units and very clearly explained what he was going to be doing as well as what was needed for next time. We've been very happy with Belair Engineering, both with the customer service and the in home techs they send out for service.

My home experienced a major power surge on Friday that took out my appliances and my hvac. Needless to say this is the last thing we needed the week before Christmas!!

I called Belair and they dispatched Alexi the very same day. He came out and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and customer focused. He explained that the motor in my furnace was fried from the surge. Belair ordered the part asap and Alexi came back to repair a rather complicated fix with patience and courtesy.

He got us warm again on Christmas Eve…I am so very thankful for Belair’s prompt service and Alexi’s skilled work. I am a repeat customer and this experience solidified my continued loyalty with Belair Engineering.

Had complete HVAC system installed. Great customer service from the sales team all the way through the installation techs. Fair price for everything I had done and I compared prices. Will absolutely use them for all my services going forward. Walked me through everything, registered everything for warranty, great company.

Technician was thorough and shared all his observations/suggestions with me. He went ‘above and beyond’ in his inspection of several different systems located on the property and helped me understand what upkeep was needed between visits from Belair. Bel Air did a great job today. I had a problem with a light ringing sound in a part of the house near the attic HVAC. They thoroughly investigated. While we did not figure out the cause of the ringing noise - Bel Air was able to rule out the HVAC being the cause. I greatly appreciated the courteous and strong customer service-oriented
demeanor of the Bel Air representative. I highly recommend this company.

Belair Engineering was great 👍 Customer service and appointment scheduling were very friendly and easy. Both the technician (Warren) who came to diagnose my system and the technician (Alexi) who came less than a week later to install the required replacement part were exceedingly friendly, courteous and professional. They worked with me to test the system and make sure issues were properly diagnosed and repairs were working as expected. They also made sure to provide me with great tips and suggestions to keep my system functioning at its best. Would definitely recommend!

Belair Engineers did an excellent job of replacing my old furnace. The furnace was short cycling which was the reason I called them. They came out and assessed the furnace which was short cycling because it was running extremely hot and emitting carbon monoxide. It’s wasn’t long before a tag was attached on the old furnace and a new one on the way. The insulation of the HVAC took one day (8hr.) and the guys who installed the new systems were extremely professional. After the installation, they had the gas company come out for the inspection. Basically, Belair Engineering is the best company for your heating and cooling systems. I strongly recommend them.
