I highly recommend Zack HVAC Services!!! The price I was quoted was very reasonable and was the price I paid at the completion of the work. The technicians arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They were very professional and installed my new system in a few short hours! I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Zack was very courteous and respectful of me and my home. I was already aware of my system issues and remedy through personal research. Zack verified the problem that a previous technician had diagnosed and fixed the problem at a significant cost reduction from that of the previous company. I will call Zach's HVAC first in the future.

I am beyond pleased with this company. We had a tricky problem and it took some time to find a company who was able to fix a drip in my humidifier.. My daughter recommended their service, based on her experience. I contacted them and right away they were able to squeeze us in and fix our leak. We are beyond thankful and will continue to get the yearly maintenance plan! Great work Zack!

As a homeowner you a need a group of honest professionals who are honest and priced fairly. Zack Hvac Service is one of those professionals in my book. Zack came on time to diagnose my Hvac issue and sincerely explained the issue I was experiencing. Zack also took the time to explain to me in layman
terms a couple of soultions options. This made me feel much more comfortable asking him to do the work as his solutions entailed expectations and not just a price tag for repair.

We called Zack HVAC Services when our heat pump started to malfunction. Our previous HVAC company had recently been acquired by a larger firm, and the earliest appointment available was the following week. Zack HVAC was nearby, so we took a chance and called them at 7:30 AM on Saturday. To our surprise, the call was answered immediately, not by a call service but by a technician who asked that we text our details, including the furnace's serial number, so they could ensure they brought parts that could work based on the symptoms we described.

By 8:30 AM, we had a same-day appointment for between 4-5 PM. We got a text at 3:30 PM telling us the technician was on the way. He arrived at 4 PM, quickly diagnosed the issue, and recommended the fix with additional options to prevent the issue in the future.

By 5 PM, he was done, and our heat was working again. We agreed to proactively order the parts we needed to repair the issue permanently. The technician was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and exceptionally efficient. As a matter of fact, he seemed to thoroughly enjoy his job. That is so rare and so refreshing.

I've been super happy with the work of Kelly and his crew when they replaced our heat pump that gave out unexpectedly. They responded quickly and had it replaced within a couple of days of our calling them. Kelly's a straight shooter. He didn't pressure us at all and even encouraged us to get additional quotes. We've got a regular maintenance plan with him now. He's a guy you can trust to give it to you straight and give you a reasonable price.

These guys are great. Alexi got our furnace fixed in no time. Thanks Belair Engineering.

Discovered my AC stopped working during the night. I called Belair Engineering first thing in the morning and was extremely pleased that the service technician arrived by 1:30 pm. Julius was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and was able to do the repair right then and there. He was also able to determine the root of one of my issues and recommended a permanent fix that I will schedule at a later date. I would defintely use Belair and Julius again for any plumbing needs

Wow! Unbelievable service. They came here the same day I called them and fixed my issue. The tech actually got here EARLY! I was very impressed. The tech was honest and the price was very reasonable. He had us up in running in no time. I think I found me a new HVAC company.
