I recently had my HVAC united serviced for a check and cleaning by United Air Temp. Roger the tech was VERY professional, calling ahead before arrival, wore protection over shoes and kept me informed of the entire process. I plan to ask for Roger for my next maintenance check!

The staff was professional and prompt when scheduling the appointment. The technician sent out was knowledgeable and fixed my problem.

We had an issue with our thermostat not working. I called United Air Temp and a very nice & knowledgable technician (Momodu Koroma) was sent out. He assessed the problem then explained to us what the issue was and how it was an easy fix. He then cleared out the debris & wet vacuumed out the condensated water. Afterwards he added bleach to the AC System to slow down that process to help prevent it from reoccurring as long as we also have regular recommended system maintenance checks, & all this was done for just the $98 service call fee.

I have used United Air Temps to service my dual HVAC units for over 10 years and highly recommend them! Every technician is highly skilled and pays attention to detail.
