Dwayne was wonderful! We had been having issues with our heat pump on our ac unit leaking Freon constantly. Two other hvac techs came out and weren't able to resolve the issue. Dwayne came in and was able to figure out the probably immediately and he took time to explain things in detail. He was very professional and just a really nice guy. I’ve been experiencing AC problems every summer for the past 3 years with having a warranty company. Each year I’ve gotten a new compressor and paid the ridiculous price for Freon. I’ve had enough of dealing with the companies that work for the warranty company, So I searched the internet and called Dwayne. He came out 20 mins after our conversation inspected the unit and properly diagnose the problem. He showed me step by step what was causing the problem and rectified an issue I’ve been having for years. I strongly recommend C and D mechanical for any HVAC services, they are professional and definitely trustworthy.

My system was more than 30 years old so I needed a complete overhaul. Mr Smith negotiated the price of a new system and presented it to me. It was a fair and equitable price. He and his partner began the work immediately. I would highly recommend his services.

We were referred to C&D Mechanical by a friend for a malfunctioning compressor related to my heat pump. I contacted C&D Mechanical and Mr. Smith showed up and ran some tests to confirm what the issue was and educated me on the functionality of the unit because "An educated consumer is the best customer." He ordered a new compressor and the necessary parts that were needed. A date/time was set up to remove the old one and a few days later he installed the new one making sure that everything was working properly before he collected a dime.
