Fast expert service! During an air conditioner emergency on a very hot Sunday night in August, Alliance Trade Services dispatched an excellent technician within an hour. The technician rapidly diagnosed our problem, offered to schedule repairs quickly and waived the emergency call fee. We were very impressed with Alliance’s professionalism and will use them for all future HVAC needs!

Brian came on a holiday weekend in a very timely manor and with much expertise. He diagnosed and fixed our air conditioning within an hour. Very efficient and the price was reasonable. We noted that he had our part with him and we did not have to wait for one to be ordered. We are extremely pleased with Alliance Trade Services and would recommend them to friends and family.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I lost heat, of course coldest day ever, and they showed up same day. I had other companies come out and Alliance was the only one to try and repair my unit. They showed up fast, and were able to fix it, the others said I needed to replace inside and outside unit without even trying to repair it. Glad Alliance was recommended to me. I loved their work so much I am getting a service contract with them. Great job guys.

Theodore was great! We knew we were on the last leg of our 2 hvac systems and we had 2 different companies look at them previously when the systems weren’t working fully. He was the first one to educate us on what was actually going on and really diagnose the problems. He initially came out and bandaid fixed the one to keep us cool and give us time to decide on our next steps. He didn’t pressure us with sales tactics, just educated us on all of our options. When we made the decision to replace our units he worked with us to find the best option for our budget and scheduled us immediately.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Jim and Keyshawn did a great job with our air duct cleaning. They arrived promptly at 7am. They cleaned vent covers and provided sanitizer for the last stage. Before & after photos were shared. I appreciate the respect for our home and making sure areas were clean after the project. I will definitely use their service again and recommend to family and friends. My next HVAC check is this Fall. Keep up the great customer service! The project team-John, Joe, Tom, and Isiah was a pleasure to work with, combining top-notch professionalism with genuine friendliness and readiness to answer any questions. Teddy’s project management was outstanding, including his expert handling of energy credit paperwork, which was a huge benefit to us.

Literally called after recieving some alarming information regarding our oven. They returned my call and was able to diagnosis my issue even though they do not work with ovens. Saved me so much time, money and anxiety. Would highly recommend simply off knowledge and a willingness to share it. You do not run into service people like this anymore.

Great people that do great and honest work at a fair price. I had my unit replaced by them in 2021. Teddy kept in communication while we waited for the unit as it was a time in general where supplies and things were hard to get.They went above and beyond, building something to keep the new indoor unit off the ground in the crawl space and while other local companies seemed fair, no one had mentioned doing that. They really do care about what they do and they care about doing it right. Just this week my heat went out and Teddy responded quickly. John was able to come by and take care of the issue easily, explained everything well and was so kind. I couldn't ask for a better company to entrust and work with.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY OILFURNACE THAT WAS IN STALLED BY RM THORNTON IN MARCH OF 2015 WHEN I CALLED IN DECEMBER IWAS TOLD THAT THER WOULD BE A SERVICE CHARGE JUST TO LOOK AT IT AND WAS ALSO TOLD IF THIS WAS A LACK OF MAINTENANCE ISSUE I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE COMPLETE REPAIR. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT I SHOULD BE MAINTAINING THIS UNIT WITH LES THEN 20 HRS. OF OPERATION??????? I OWN A SERVICE STATION AND WHEN A CUSTOMER CALLS ME AFTER A REPAIR OF ANY KIND THAT WEVE DONE WITH AN ISSUE I WILL TELL THEM BRING IT IN AND THER WILL BE N/C FOR CHECK OUT OF SAID PROBLEMS THEN WE GO FROM THERE I FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS EVAN CLOSE TO ADDI QUITE CUSTOMER SERVICE..GOOD LUCK. The driver of this company truck deliberately cut me off without using a turn signal and than drove slower; I figured it was deliberate due to him constantly checking his mirror acting like it was some joke. Driving isn’t a game.

Driver in Harris Van with MD Plate ending in 9360 was driving on 29N. was so far on my bumper was unable to see. if I would have hit my brakes, he would have been in my back seat. Speeding, Tailing Cars, Swerving in and out of lanes, So unsafe!
