Watched this company clean my neighbors chimney and they do not clean form the roof! What kind of service was this?
Usually hire who they have do any work for them this time will pass.
This company always had two people why send only one this is not good with ladder etc...

Best fire place cleaning service ever. The team was extra friendly even to my pets and children who were so excited to seem them. They did the job 100 times better, faster and safer than the previous company we hired. Could not be happier with their service.

Excellent service and professionalism. Ryan preformed a chimney clean and inspection and recommended some work in order to prevent a house fire. Scheduling service was very quick and easy, and Ryan showed up on time to complete the work. Kept my house very clean and performed and excellent job. Highly recommend!

Adam showed up and was the utmost professional you could ask for. The first step he took was to protect the floors and ensure that our house stayed perfectly clean. Surprisingly they were able to perform the relining of our chimney in about 2 hours with absolutely no mess. When all completed he walked us through the operation of our fireplace insert (over 20 yrs old) to ensure that we knew everything that we needed to know to ensure we get the best efficiency from our unit. I would honestly say that Adam and his helper went above and beyond the due level of professionalism that is expected.

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and had a pleasant attitude. He took time to explain things to me when I had questions. He took his time and made sure the work was done right and made sure I was satisfied. Cleaned area before leaving and replaced furniture moved. I am Very satisfied with the work.

What a great group of guys! Came for my chimney cleaning and inspection right on time, made sure my white carpet was protected, cleaned the fireplace and flue, and went on the roof to inspect everything. Everything including the report was done on line and very simply and very thoroughly. In addition they sent an email ahead of arrival with a photo of the fellow who be coming. Very happy with the results, would highly recommend them.

Recently purchased a '70's home in Waldorf and was wanting a chimney inspection and cleaning. I called Magic Broom and was able to get a Saturday, early morning inspection. Great! The team showed up shortly after daybreak and got to business. I was expecting only one technician and was happy to see a team of Chimney techs. Glenn and Herb got started with the cleaning, and the full inspection of my chimney. The cleaning was very thorough as was the inspection. I have received a full inspection report complete with photos of the inside and the cap of my chimney. Highly recommend. Thank you Glenn and Herb, and by the way...clean up was excellent!

Eric and Marcus were excellent! Both were polite and professional. Eric even recommended an alternate solution to my originally scheduled service which saved me $100... saying, "Let me save you some money and recommend a chimney cap instead. That will be cheaper too. I don't want you to spend money that you don't need to." I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this as a female who has been price gouged/taken advantage of in the past. It's very refreshing to know that there are people/businesses out there still that are honest/good people. This is how business SHOULD be done. You will for sure keep my business! Thanks again!

For many years, Magic Broom has maintained our gas fireplace. Glenn and Herb were here on Thursday and did another outstanding job of cleaning and tuning up our fireplace/ log set. Glenn has always been very professional and thorough. He is the perfect example of customer service. It is always a pleasure to have him in our home.

I am very pleased with service that I received from Magic Broom. As a buyer, I ordered chimney inspections during a recent home purchase as a safety precaution. The findings and recommendations shared by Magic Broom were precisely right and included pictures to substantiate the report.
Please be cautioned to note that a prior unfavorable review for $20K of chimney repairs, although it was posted from an opinion (everyone is entitled to one); it is first and foremost from a sellers perspective who in fact was not the customer. Secondly, the estimates were to address the necessary repairs required to return two (2) forty year plus chimneys to safe wood burning operation. Lastly, multiple estimates to include fireplace alternatives were received and considered. The repair estimates provided by Magic Broom were fair, reasonable, and the work was completed in a friendly and professional manner.
Ultimately, I know that I made the right decision to have the repairs completed by Magic Broom. I cannot say enough about the Adam and Quan, who completed the work. Both were dedicated and committed to doing the job right. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the chimney inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
When it comes to your home and the safe operation of fireplaces, you want to do business with professionals that know what they are doing. Magic Broom is it for Southern Maryland. I highly recommend Magic Broom and will continue to do business with them to maintain both fireplaces in my home.

Overall happy with service from Mike H. Tried calling office like follow up texted suggested with a couple concerns...1. My information and needs didn't appear to be passed to tech for day of visit. Didn't have my name correct or any information on stove. 2. Tech couldn't get in touch with his parts manager to find matching gasket, so hoping the one he installed works. 3. Never given email with time frame tech would be coming.
I asked Blair to have the person I spoke with call me and was astounded when told "he works from home and you may not hear from him". I asked, do you have a phone number that you could call him? Was told she would leave a note but he doesn't come in much. She said she didn't know when he would see it. Smh. Will update if I get a call back.

Bryan Santos and Mike did an excellent job with my wood insert fireplace today. They took extra care keeping my new rug near the fireplace clean and removed their shoes when entering the house. Also I received pictures of the inside of my cleaned fireplace. Bryan who is a valuable and knowledgeable employee gave me helpful instructions on the care of my fireplace. Magic Broom is the only place I use for my fireplace cleaning and the great friendly service is a plus.
