This company is absolutely the best. Steve is a very experienced plumber. Jerry's prices are very reasonable and they provide all there customers with some sort of discount. The staff are friendly, caring and kind.

I admittedly was not please at first Not because of the service, the service was completed in a timely fashion. I was upset of clear communication on what was owed. I voiced my concern through a review. Well Kristy called me to see what the issue was. She started the conversation with, how can we keep you as customer and help resolve this issue. I explained to her the situation. She made me feel that this Small Business truly values their clients. Thanks Kristy for reaching out to me, as a small business man myself, I understand the need for trying to please the customer. Will rip off women every chance they get, I am a contractor by trade and was leaving town when my toilet broke, unable to fix it due to a flight I had to take, I left my wife to call a local service company. She called Jerry's Plumbing and Heating and they sent a service guy to fix the problem and quoted my wife $200??? WTF!!! We all know a NEW toilet coast around that price range, the actual piece only coast $10 and I understand they want to make a little money for labor but to lie to my wife and say that the part alone would coast $200 is in sane. Beware of this rip-off's and avoid them at all coast.

My heater was not working and Adam the technician responded and was very pleasant. He took the time to explain and show me what the problems and fixed it no problem. I also needed a part and having a home warranty he negotiated on my behalf to ensure the part was covered. I could not be happier.

i called this company for leak base of toilet they came out determined flange broken which is about 40.00 in parts including wax ring. There was 135.00 service call ok thats fine and fair right now how about when he tells this repair will be a additional 950.00 dollars ,if you can guess they did not get the job i hired another plumbing company who did the repair for 250.00 including parts and service call. I guess if you have money to throw down the toilet call jerry's plumbing.

They came in to my building with great people and ready to work and do whatever they had to do to get the job done. It was a good size job and they completed it in a very professional manner and a timely manner. Doug Knight was the supervisor on the job to work and also over see all work completed. Called for a leak with ac unit a month ago, tech fixed the leak but broke the ac unit. My ac Unit no longer pumps out cold air. Tech has come several times but can’t seem to fix the issue. No one answers the phone it’s very hot! I’m am 7 months pregnant with a toddler. I have paid over 2,000 (almost the cost of a new unit) still to have reoccurring ac issues. Small claims court and Better business bureau it is . Smh

I called this company requesting an estimate for installing a cycle stop valve. During and after some initial confusion with the front office, the ladies were very professional and scheduled someone to come within the next day or so. The field manger came out to consult with me. The reason for the sub par review is that the manager, to me, did not provide an honest assessment of the problem or an honest estimate. The plumber had a lack of understanding with regards to the product he was being asked to install, and was not able to assess the homeowner's understanding of a well system, in order to properly explain a solution to what the homeowner was asking for. Now, I don't expect a plumber to know about every single tool, device, or product used within the plumbing industry. What I do expect, is a plumber to acknowledge a lack understanding or knowledge of a tool or subject if ever confronted, or at least refer the question to someone in the company more experienced, or simply decline the service as it may not be within scope. Not only did this plumber belittle the device (due to lack of knowledge) calling it a "gimmick", he quoted a job which took me, a DIYer, less than an hour and a half, 800 dollars. The job included draining out four feet of pipe and pressure tank, Checking the pressure tank PSI level, cutting a 1" pvc, 1/2 foot section out, and installing the product. At most, 2 hours of work, 1 year warranty applied even, an 800 dollar quote was rather absurd.
I will post a link of the product review that I wrote that aligns with this review, as well as my results thus far.
While its unfortunate that a this company is receiving a review such as this, my hope is that the company use this as a learning experience and adjust their goals to provide a more positive and profitable outcome in situations such as this.

Outside of the plumber's knowledge and handling of the situation, he was respectful. This and the front office's professionalism would not allow me to give less than a 2 stars, and I thank you for that.

Jerry is very professional and was great to work with. He corrected my water leak in record time! Jerry's knowledge and experience are second to none! He arrived promptly and with great communication. Would highly recommend! Thank you Jerry!

Call this company to inspect the plumbing of a kitchen sink that was installed a couple of years ago without a permit. I need it to be inspected for it to pass county inspection. The plumbing was connected to the laundry area that was directly behind it, and had easy work access. Jerry quoted me $1200.00 just to cut open the small area so the inspector could see the work, and also send a tech to be here when the inspector arrives. What a reap off!!

My experience was great! I appreciate the communication with the office as well as the technicians.
Everyone was very professional, timely and courteous. Very important factors when coming into a person's residence.
Another great feature is a short introduction of your technician with a pic sent to your device. LOVED👍🏼

Called this company this morning. Had an appointment for 3pm. Not a window from 3pm to 6pm. The appointment was for 3 pm. I kept calling asking when will the plumber be at my home. He is finishing up his last call. They never called me, I had to call them several times. Finally he came at 623 pm. I left the house by that time. Can you come back so he can fix the leak. No I will take my money elsewhere.

Terrible service. They didn't fix things they broke them, on two separate systems, my heat pump and water heater. I thought I was just having bad luck, but the other service provider I ended up hiring said when Jerry's does work it gives them job security - because they get hired to fix what Jerry's breaks. I was subjected to Jerry's service because I have a home service contract with American Home Shield. After the heat pump failed for the 4th time following Jerry's work I pleaded with AHS to send somebody else but they wouldn't, so I decided to pay out of pocket for better service. I am extremely dissatisfied with their work and will never consider them for any job.

The service at Jerry's is excellent. This company has been servicing my office for over 2 years now and have always been quick and efficient about solving my plumbing needs. The staff is friendly and professional I am glad I found them and will be using them as long as I have a business in Waldorf

Very prompt service on a Sunday. I had a no show plumber earlier in the day from another company. Jerry’s was onsite within two hours after calling. Sean came prepared and knew what he was doing. I will use them in the future.

Buyer Beware!!! Very shocked and disappointed at this company for sending such trash to ny home. First and Last time I use this place. Called to get a clogged dishwasher checked. They sent me a text message with some guy who was coming and his life history and someone completely different shows up and starts diagnosing the issue before even checking anything. Says it is a clogged drain and it will be $300. Kept running out to his truck… Took about 15 minutes and then told me that he cleaned the drain and the dishwasher is not coming on. THis is fine if I need a new dishwasher; however I got charged for a cleared drain and after he left… (My bad for checking after the fact) I checked the dishwasher and all the water was still sitting in there. So… I got charged for a drain clearing which never happened.

Highly recommend! Answered my call on a weekend and came over later the same day. Super friendly and communicative. Fixed our clogged kitchen sink in 30 mins. Will call again for any future plumbing needs!

I hardly ever write a review, but I have to with this company I'm a lil mad at myself that I can't remember my plumber's name, but I think Troy it was an amazing job. I called on a whim, and really didn't know what to expect, but from the lady that answered the phone, and answered every question that I had. To the same day appointment actually got there in less than 2 hours, to the plumber that came to fix my dishwasher the guy was quick, and didn't try to run the bill up it was and all around GREAT JOB!!!!!

We just moved to Waldorf not even three weeks ago and had no clue who to call, we found Jerry’s and let me tell you we couldn’t be happier!!
We called and they had Doug out to us BEFORE our scheduled time, they even gave us a call when he was heading our way!
Doug is seriously AMAZING, he was so helpful and explained to us what was wrong and even explained to us how our stuff works because it’s totally different than what our old house had!
If you need someone call Jerry’s and definitely ask for Doug!!

I called Jerry's plumbing to fix an issue with my well pump. Tom came out the same day and assessed my problem. He was very professional about answering all my questions. He gave me a detailed synopsis of the problem and recommended that I replace the well pump and tank. Doug and Tom came out the next day and wasted no time getting to work. They worked together efficiently to replace the pump. When they pulled out the old well pump, Tom showed me how the old pump had failed. They completed their work in less than 4hrs.

I'd recommend this company to anyone and would use them again.
